Exceptional Hospitality Experience at Hyatt Raipur
Pros:

My stay at Hyatt Raipur from 22nd to 26th June was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. The food experience was outstanding, with a great variety of dishes and consistently excellent taste across every meal. A special mention to General Manager Mr. Kapil for ensuring such high service standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would also like to appreciate F&B Manager Dean Singh for curating an excellent dining experience and delivering impeccable service. Overall, a memorable stay, and I look forward to visiting Hyatt Raipur again soon.

Pros:

Everything was good except the house keeping service. It was very average. Stuff behaviour was good. Restaurant manager, bar attedent Arijit, Vivek was really very good. Smriti, Suman from sales team was also great to us.

Pros:

The room itself was spacious, and clean. Staff was very courteous.Breakfast spread was good. Mini bar was fully stocked. The city view was nice.
