Hotel Farini

Very comfortable stay. Great location. Easy walk from Termini.
Lots of good restaurants about.

You pay for what you get. Not clean! A positive was there is a lift as it is on the second floor.

Only stayed in Rome for a night, the next day take the train to Cruise port, so I decided to stay close to the Roma Termini. This place called itself a "hotel"?! It's terrible! Before my arrival, I got a Whatsapp message from an employee and asked my time of arrival because he said he only work until 4pm. I got off from the plane at 2:30pm and rush to hotel Farini before 4pm. I do not think this place consider as a hotel. It's located in a building with residential. I ring the bell from front gate door, he told me to go up to 2nd floor by an very old and dusty elevator. After checked in, he handed me a key and he guided me to take the elevator to ground floor and the room is actually located in ground floor next to the elevator. It's terrible! The room size ok, the bathroom size small, the shower tile with mold, disgusting! I felt like I want to leave immediately! I calmed myself and told myself that I only stay for a night, I can get over it. I stayed late out, and checked out before 10am. I did not sleep well, it's noisy when people use the elevator and feel danger, I placed the luggage to block the door, I did not even take shower. I am so sorry I have to share with review, I never been to a hotel like this, this is ridiculous!

They change me to other facility. They
overbooked it. I was very upset for it

Ubicación...sin lujos...pero calidad precio buenísima.....y la familia q nos recibió una maravilla...nos ayudaron en todo..... siempre agradecidos a este matrimonio

Mi è stata data un altra struttura perché quella prenotata era chiusa per lavori in corso, sempre nella zona della stazione ma però dalla parte opposta!

um dos piores atendimentos da face da Terra, zero preparo por partes dos donos e funcionários. Não encontravam a reserva por nada em meio a vários papeis impressos, eu pedia para olharem no sistema online do computador e se recusavam a fazer isso, causando uma espera de horas em um check in que deveria ser simples. Ninguém fala o básico de inglês nesse local, somente mandarim, tornando a ajuda ao turista impossível. O quarto era muito sujo, não ficaria novamente nem de graça

A serviceable room for a couple of days and no more. Check in time must be pre arranged as there is not someone at the desk all the time. Room was tiny, bathroom was a wet room and the water pressure was terrible. know sone rooms have proper tubs, sadly we didnt get that. Bed was comfortable enough. If you are just sightseeing a couple days its ok, I wouldn't stay longer. The owners were kind and helpful.

Farini No es un hotel, es un engaño, súper insegura la calle y nadie de los vecinos o locatarios conocen de este “hotel” es un edificio de departamentos. No puedes llamar hotel a lo que no es. Simplemente No nos quedamos ahí. Espero la devolución de mi dinero. Gracias

Séjourner à l'hôtel Farini, c'est se rappeler que :
- l'eau courante est un privilège,
- l'électricité est un luxe,
- une porte qui ferme sans repartir avec l'encadrement est essentiel,
- les fourmis étaient là avant l'Homme, elle seront sans doute là après l'Homme.

A great budget option. Clean and close to the Termini. A good host too, very accomodating and helpful. Thank you.

Hyvä sijainti, avulias henkilökunta. Hieman korjausta vaativa WC, mutta toimiva. Sänky oli yllättävän hyvä.

Lo mejor es que esta muy cerca al terminal, pero está bastante descuidado

All about the great location nearest Termini Central Train Station, but check in horrible! No Desk or Staff on Site, have to call ahead couple days, did and then when on site told ON PHONE No Reservation. It took a call to Hotel.com who did call management who "found" the PAID reservation and finally able to get in. Room basics but clean otherwise good.

Ho soggiornato in una "stanzetta" 3x2 a cui si accede da una porta finestra nel cortile interno del palazzo. Per fortuna sono arrivata la sera e ripartita all'alba, non oso immaginare come possa essere stare lì dentro di giorno.le uniche cose positive sono state la pulizia di stanza e bagno e la cordialità del gestore. A Roma hanno una strana concezione della parola hotel.

Just terrible. I sent a message to the hotel few days ago asking info about the time of the check-in. No answers. When I arrived there was nobody there, I had to call them and wait for them to arrive and open the doors (the hotel is actually one floor of a building, with no signs outside).
When the guy arrived he gave me the keys to the room: old, horrible, with a lot of things not working. Wi-fi was not working, it was almost impossible to make the tv work, the doors were so thin you could hear the noise from the corridors and all the other rooms. The only positive thing is the location (and probably the fact that it looked clean enough)

Everything was ok, cleaning everyday, host answered questions fast on whatsapp. What you would expect for the price

i didn’t sleep one nigth i have to find another hotel , thar place its terrible

Pour une nuit c'est très bien car pas cher et bien placé. Mais tout l'hotel est vieux.
