Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super, ganz in der Nähe vom Taksim-Platz und der Istiklal-Straße. Die Umgebung ist sicher und es gibt viele Bars, Restaurants und Cafés direkt in der Nähe.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Frau Sahel von der Rezeption! Sie war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns bei der Orientierung, bei den Wegen und bei allen unseren Fragen sehr geholfen. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! 😊

Balkon und Bett waren gut und ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, allerdings hat mir das Badezimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen

Der Balkon und das Bett waren sehr gut und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Alles andere war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes oder besonders hervorzuheben. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider hat mir das Badezimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Da mir ein schönes und gepflegtes Badezimmer bei einem Hotelaufenthalt besonders wichtig ist, hat dies meinen Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinflusst.

Все таки вернемся сюда еще. Просто будем брать номер более высокой категории, как раньше!
Pros:

Отдыхаем здесь уже третий раз. В этот раз брали стандарт, на фото он был отличным. Вежливый персонал, отличные турецкие завтраки. Есть спортзал. Расположение отличное, правда идти от отеля к достопримечательностям в горочку. Уборка по запросу хорошая. В номере бутилированная питьевая вода. Лифт. Возникающие вопросы почти все решались сразу.

Cons:

Не понравилось сначала наполнение номера. Не было заявленных утюга, тапочек. Из посуды не хватало тарелок, всего одна на двоих. Чашек тоже нет. только большие стаканы. При обращении на ресепшн утюг и тапочки выдали сразу, посуду сначала сказали, что в стандарте ее много не должно быть, но тарелку обещали занести. Не дождались за пять дней(( Купили пластиковые. В принципе обошлись и стаканами - целыми днями гуляли по городу, в номер возвращались поздно. Учтите, что окна у номеров стандарт могут выходить на внутреннюю лестницу и соответственно всегда закрыты жалюзи, окно не открывается. Есть второе небольшое окно, но номер все равно остается темным.

Overall, a very recommended hotel, things just needs to be done properly.
Pros:

The staff were so nice, the location was spot on and enjoyed the breakfast. Eventhough it is located in the centre of Istanbul and near the famous istiklal street it was a quiet hotel (family like) and super charming with a cute cat named Ziya surveying the hotel all day long (sleeping😂)

Cons:

Before arriving i have requested a specific layout but they informed me that its not available on my arrival date and they gave me a suite that was supposed to be the bigger one in size. There were things missing like a telephone and I requested to be installed which they came the next day and just left the phone on the table saying that they will bring a longer wire but they never came back. A follow up was never done about it. Additionally i have booked a taxi with them which was agreed that it will be a fixed price, at my surprise the taxi driver asked for more money saying that he need to follow the prompter and add additional charges (taxes). Kindly ensure to communicate with accordingly with the taxi driver as some tourists will be naive and afraid to miss their flight and might go with such scam with taxi.

Top personnel et emplacement
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le chat Ziya et la taille de la chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain un peu petite , le petit déjeuner qui était un peu limité en choix. L’emplacement était à 10 minutes de tous types de transports mais il y a énormément de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin étant donné qu’il y a 2 bars en bas.

Pros:

В отеле прекрасный персонал, всегда отвечали на наши вопросы и старались помочь. За стойкой регистрации круглосуточно кто-то был.
На завтраках шведский стол, в целом не прям большой, но всегда были яйца, овощи и фрукты, сладкая выпечка.
Отличное расположение! Улица Истикляль буквально в 1 минуте ходьбы, морской вокзал Каракей в шаговой доступности, много туристических мест и сувенирных магазинов рядом.

Cons:

Мы улетали рано утром и нам не смогли организовать завтрак. Не дали контейнеры для еды. поэтому нам пришлось самим собирать себе еду на завтраке за сутки в старые контейнеры.
В нашем номере не работало несколько лампочек, из-за чего был тусклый свет, особенно в душевой.
В номере не было кофе и чая, хотя был чайник и кофемашина для них.
Интернет работал только у входа в номер и на кровати, на кухне и в ванной не работал

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, à proximité de Taksim et de Galata Port.

Cons:

Difficile de trouver du négatif mis a part peut-être le petit déjeuner répétitif mais ça reste un bon petit déjeuner.

На окнах только ролл шторы которые закрываются на ночь, днем, к сожалению темно, а открыв их все напоказ. Не хватает легких штор которые пропускают дневной свет
