La amabilidad del personal que nos atendió y la posibilidad de realizar el check-out más tarde de la hora establecida. Aparentemente bastante limpio. La suite es enorme. La ubicación cercana a una zona semirural llena de animales y espacios verdes.

Cons:

La nevera que estaba dentro de la habitación no estaba enchufada, conque si quisiéramos mantener algo en ella no hubiera sido posible. Instalaciones un poco viejas. No explican en el check-in los posibles horarios de comida o apertura de la cafetería-restaurante.

La tranquilidad, es una zona tranquila, el bar-restaurante en el hotel bastante completito, hicimos cena allí y de lujo, muy bien
Pensábamos que el jaleo del bar nos molestaría para dormir, pero después de las 12 ya estaba tranquilo

Calidad - precio muy bien. Recepcionista muy amable y hay aparcamiento de sobra en los alrededores, incluso aparcamos justo en la puerta SIN PROBLEMA Y SIN COSTE ALGUNO!! Zona tranquila...nos gusto mucho... TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!! REPETIREMOS

Es muy muy viejo, nos tocó una habitación de 2 pisos para 4 personas y había una cama en casa piso y vamos con 2 niños pequeños y no se podía quedar 1 abajo y a uno de los adultos le tocó dormir solo a bajo me pareció incomodísimo y el personal de la cafetería muy desagradable no me gustó nada el trato durante el desayuno y tampoco podías elegir o bollería de paquete o tostada y zumo de brick, en general muy muy incómodo y tampoco me pareció tan barato

Este hotel necesita un lavado de cara, cuerpo y alma.
Pros:

La calidad de la atencion del personal de Recepción. Hacen lo que pueden.
Las habitaciones duples son amplias.

Cons:

Para empezar, y lo más grave, la limpieza. El hotel está sucio en general, y huele a fritanga por todos los pasillos. En nuestra habitación tuvimos que matar una cucaracha. Hay telarañas en cualquier rincón, y el suelo está muy sucio.
Para seguir, olvidaron poner jabón en los dispensadores del baño. Tuve que bajar a por un cargador, e instalarlo yo mismo.
En nuestra habitación había sólo un enchufe, y lejos de las mesitas de noche.
La ubicaciónno es buena tampoco. Relaativamente lejos del centro, aunque Soto del Real no es muy grande y no fue un problema grave.

La suite era muy amplia y estuvimos muy gusto
Pros:

Nos alojamos en la suite. El hotel es pequeño y modesto pero estaba limpio y la suite era muy amplia. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Cerca de los pueblos de la sierra que queríamos visitar.

Cons:

Ya es antiguo pero no importa mientras esté limpio que lo estaba.
