Smelled like poop

Cons:

The place was disgusting. The room smelled, the bathroom was extremely dirty, shower curtain nasty, the key to the room did not work. There was no front desk, instead you talk to a machine with an operator who is a different country. No one was expecting the Four Seasons, but this was just beyond unacceptable, even for a night.

No microwave or refrigerator

Our hotel room was clean and neat.

Cons:

We were told that there would refrigerators and microwaves in our hotel room, but we arrived and there was no refrigerator, no microwave in our room with 2 beds all of our food was wasted. Noticed other empty 2 bed rooms have refrigerators and microwave. Can’t change inputs on the tv.
