Cheap, but also disappointing. We should have just paid the extra money for a nicer place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Very friendly, quick to accommodate initial issues with the first room. They quickly and very kindly gave us another room when we had issues with our first one.

Cons:

First room we were given had an AC unit that sounded like we were riding inside a commercial jet, so we asked for a different room.

Second room we were given had dark mold around the AC unit, and similar mold around the bathroom vent. 2 of our 4 towels had residual body hair on them. We noticed these things later in the evening after the rooms were all booked, and by that time we were already settled in for the evening.

Overall, the facilities weren't very well kept, even by Motel 6 standards.

Comfortable. Clean. Appreciative.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional. I went to wrong motel and was redirected. Received a check up call from staff checking to see if I was on my way. I was so appreciative for the care and follow up.

Debbie was absolutely wonderful! She was so polite and made my wife and I both feel welcome. She makes it a point to remember your name along with iourbpet if you happen to have one. She spoils our dog every time they see each other. Hospitable, generous, and polite. She is without a doubt the reason we keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Deb!!!!
