You get what you pay for, but I don't pay for roaches!

The only good thing about this hotel was the location compared to WDW and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

ROACHES! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! We only stayed two nights and had to kill at least three every time we came back in the room. The beds had cigarette burns in a non-smoking room. The "neighbors" stood outside until three in the morning talking right outside the windows, although I concede the hotel has little control over what guests do at three in the morning.

Nada, Olian a Humo, El baño tenia restos de excremento, las instalaciones cerca a las escalerass llenas de colillas de cogarrillos ( No me volvería a quedar ahí con mis hijos) mi hija casi se va a dormir al carro, No se fue xq afuera habia una gente libado licor y gritando Help, Tuve que llamar al 911 y llego en el acto

En Realidad, Nada, Lo dejaría como última opción , me quedé en otros lugares ahi mismo en Florida, Mas baratos y más limpios y daba hasta desayuno

Broken door latch in the room. Asked to get moved to another room. No extra toilet paper in the nee room. Also broken shower rod and barely any hot water in the shower. The sink didn't have any hot water at all.

It was an unpleasant stay, the children running around keeping us up.

The pool and the staff person who checked us in.

Cons:

Dirty, unsupervised children, toilet seat was broken. The towels were dirty, the door to the room did not sit all the way at the top, and the bed sheets and pillows were not clean.
