The water took a long time to get hot. I took a shower with less than warm water and when my husband got in, after several minutes it got hot.

Everything room too small staff had bad attitude. When told them we needed to move rooms because ac was not working we move 4 times in one night because of ac not working and the shower curtains was gross mold on them got smoke free room and the tub had cigarette burns on the side of tub people smoking dope everywhere homeless people hang all around

Ac did not work thay would not move me the next day give me a fan because still could not move me no rooms cigarette burns all over the tud and I paid for non-smoking room incent sticks was in the lamp by the bed had plastic on my mattress the next day had ask could I remove it because the room was hot and sleeping on plastic was worse and people smoking dope all over the property and nothing said a out it kids telling people to move so they could ride there scooters on sidewalk in front of roomsjust n overall bad experience and there was something spilled all down the frig gross

The desk clerk put us in a room when not finished cleaning and then a bath towel behind the door dirty. The cleaner they used smelled like gasoline. Was cool the first night but not the second one.

Nothing it was all perfect

Front desk was rude and unprofessional. Had called earlier in the day to ask when check in ended for the night because we couldn’t find it online and the person on the phone told us to check in by 2am. We got to the property around 1:45am because of a late flight and when we walked in she was super rude and said we were supposed to check in by 1:30am. When we explained that we had called earlier she said that it didn’t matter and that check in ended at 1:30 as if we were supposed to know even though we had called and been told differently. Overall a bad experience with front desk worker. Had some trouble finding the room because of how rushed we felt to get out of the check in area. A little sketch that late at night but to be expected. Room was unclean and had bugs crawling around everywhere. Gap in the door caused us to be able to hear everything from the outside. Floor was gross and bathroom was covered with mold. Pillows and walls were unclean. Smelled strongly of weed. Was not worth the $70 I spent on the stay.
