Room smelled like cigarettes. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Roaches in the bathroom. An unavoidable feeling of perhaps maybe you’ll get stabbed the next time you step out of your room, but there are security cameras, but I don’t know if that’s for police use or your guys use. Also, it would’ve been nice if you had a change machine or able to accommodate more quarters at the front desk and not have me make a trip to my bank at three in the morning just to wash my clothes in your laundry mat.

You get what you pay for!!
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided by you! Girl working the night of 11/22/25 needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Other staff were okay. Saw live roach on curtain I had to kill, toilet smells like sewer and needed to be flushed twice to discard rubbish. Towels smell like 100 year old grease and feel like sandpaper and are yellow stained/rotten!!! Deadbolt does not lock. Homeless folk staying on property and all around the area. This girls truck was parked in handicap without handicap signage on windshield or license plate and has expired tags dated 2023 which obviously the signs by handicap rooms are not enforced. Dog poop in grass by the tree there close to the garbage cans and someone obviously stepped in it andsmeared it all down the sidewalk. Homeless folk digging thru trash on property.
