My reservation never reached Motel 6 therefore I was unable to stay there in the end yet prepaid for

We booked through booking.com prepaid it as well. When arrived at the location they didn’t have any rooms plus my reservation never reached them. I’m seeking full reimbursement since I never stayed there due to overbooking.

It worked for me for what I needed it for.
Pros:

Motel is decent for the price. Only needed to stay a couple of nights, so it worked for me.

Cons:

My room was on the second floor at the end by the freeway. Noise was so loud I could not sleep without ear plugs. Room felt a little humid even with the fan running all night.

It was roaches and ants bad customer service , have videos of all the bugs crawling asked for refund didn’t want to give us one . And this was the second room given still had bugs .

Lost faith in humanity wanna end life
Pros:

The maids and Mariam and Victoria were nice to me (front desk) owner and 2 managers were very rude !!! and the TV was 👍

Cons:

It’s freezing and my rooms heater wasn’t working and took them 4 days to switch me to a room with the same problem and the owner was rude and kicked me out saying I was complaining and totally disrespectful 86 me 😞homeless now
