Classy, Beautiful Hotel, 5 Star all the Way, friendly helpful Staff, Loved Kavalier

Amazing place . Lovely facilities. Unfortunately the receptionist did not speak english and was a bit of a battle to understand each other. The expedia/hotel advertisement clearly says pet allowed . Initially our cat was refused stay as seems to be a cat is not a pet but after the receptionist spoke to the manager We could stay our cat . We had to pay an extra 1000grivnas 2000 grivnas deposit.

Room service was great our waiter Roman did speak english and was very courteous , friendly and professional .

amazing hotel, great atmosphere, staff are fantastic not near the centre but this is what I wanted however the breakfast was a joke, eggs eggs or eggs and the buffet was tiny, the chef was unable to make any traditional Ukrainian breakfast items for me, and for the price and quality of this hotel a massive let down

Just far enough out you’ll want a taxi for transport to the city. I kinda liked that though. Nice view from hotel, quiet area. English speaking staff. I have 0 complaints about my stay here.

Very cozy room, good service and nice view. It was located a little bit outside of the city center but very beautiful.

For the price it is for sure a very good hotel, It is calm and quiet, and very friendly staff everywhere, in reception, the restaurant etc. I have only stayed a coulpe of times during the winter, but I can imagine it is even better during spring and summer when you may use th outdoor area, and pool area.

What I am missing is some lounge area to sit in and relax and have some easier snacks and a beer or so.

The restaurant is absolutely excellent, but a bit to exclusive maybe with a limited and exclusive offer on the menu. Would be a welcome addition to have some pub menu with less excluseive dining... like club Sandwish of hamburger etc. As the hotel is located outside city center I prefer to eat at the hotel and it is a bit too exclusive for my taste as it is now.

But a very good hotel and for sure I am staying there next time again.

Beim Check-in (Frühanreise!) würde uns erst nach ca. 4 St. warten mitgeteilt das wie können unsere Zimmer gegen 50% Aufpreis beziehen. Kurz vor Offizielle Anreise Zeit. Ob wohl ich habe zwei Mal nach Möglichkeit gefragt unserer Zimmer früher zu beziehen. Schade………….. Alles anderes war perfekt. Top Küche!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Immer gerne wieder.

Luxe kamers waar alles netjes is, portier bij de ingang van het hotel. Medewerkers zijn heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je kan je hier prima vermaken zonder een stap buiten het terrein te zetten. Schone zwembad en een recreatie gebied buiten, tennis en gewichtstraining. Leuk ontbijt setup, warm ontbijt varieert per dag, daarnaast kan je bepaalde gerechten bestellen en die worden naar jou voorkeur gemaakt. Eten van het restaurant is ook prima en de prijs is vergelijkbaar met wat je in de stad krijgt.

Al in al een uitstekend verblijf.

Ein perfektes Hotel am Rande Lembergs!!!!!!!!!!

В номері було чисто, постіль та рушники були новими, халати теж. Ліжко було в ніші, там де скошена стеля, тому було не дуже комфортно, але переселити в інший номер відмовили, хоча заселено було заледве половина готелю.Коли ми приїхали,в номері було достатньо прохолодно , після зауваження принесли додатковий обігрівач. Кухня смачна, трохи дорожча ніж загалом по місту, сніданки непогані, територія ретельно доглядається, персонал привітний.
