The location was very good being close to train station
1.The fire alarm rang several times intermittently disrupting our sleep. The exact cause of the repeated fire alarm not clear to us. This happened for 2 consecutive days
2. I couldn’t get hot water in the last day or f my stay
3. The cleaning of the room and bathroom wasn’t done thoroughly

A convenient location being just opposite the tube station for connecting into the West End. All the staff were welcoming, courteous and helpful.
The shower was not good,, difficult to adjust to the required temperature and the water was slow to drain away - needs maintenance.

Alapvetoen korrekt szoba.
Sajnos lehetetlen volt pihenni az itt toltott harom ejszaka alatt. Ket alkalommal is megszolalt az ejszaka kozepen a tuzriaszto tevesen (hajnal 1 es 3 kozott).Valamint a masik problema az volt, hogy annyira rossz a hangszigeteles az ajtoknal, hogy barki, aki egy szinten lakik veled, becsukja/becsapja az ajtot a szobajaban, beleremeg az egesz szoba/emelet. Nagyon kellemetlen volt, foleg, hogy egy nagyobb tarsasag is a szintunkon szallt meg, es sokat maszkaltak a szobaik kozott.
Breakfast was a little disappointing & not as good as previous stays with you. No decaffeinated tea, very awkward & slow toaster.
My room & bathroom could have done with a deeper clean.
Location next to subway
Shower and toliet are very small and you can't fit a single person in the toliet. You have to sit in angel. Thr flooring was very losses and broken in multiple places and moved one room as it was very bad but the second one was'nt any better
Perfect location. Next to public transportation like buses and the train that takes you easily across London and to Heathrow.

The sheets weren't tucked in properly and came off easily, and the room was full of worn out items. The shower floor was broken, the carpets were incredibly dirty, and there was dust everywhere. When I put my bag on top of the cabinet, it came away covered in dust. I have photos of all of this.
To make things worse, I spotted a not so small spider in the room, which honestly sent me into a panic. I managed to get rid of it tho. Seeing a spider, along with all the dust, made it pretty obvious that areas like the ceiling corners and other spots aren't cleaned very often. The staff were friendly, but the management seems poor. Basic necessities were also missing or incomplete. The only real positive is the location near the station. I've stayed in Best Western hotels all over the world, and this was easily the worst one I've experienced because of how unclean it was. There are much better places to stay nearby for the same price, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Mal olor, a curry o aliño por todo el hotel. Hediondo todo el día y noche. El comedor cierra y no hay donde calentar comida, nada.
Location was perfect for us. Train station close by and a good selection of restaurant/cafes and shops within walking distance.
The hallway was extremely smelly due to the carpet, which was stained and showed signs of water damage.
The room/bathroom were ok and clean. The kettle could do with a good scrubbing as was covered in dust. Have stayed before and it wasn't so bad then.

Het was erg benauwd en rook heel muf. Airco werkte niet. Er was geen koelkast en het was niet heel schoon. De badkamerdeur ging niet helemaal open (kwam tegen het bed aan). Ontbijt sloeg echt werkelijk waar nergens op. Achteraf ook spijt dat we die hadden genomen voor dat bedrag. Je kon kiezen tussen wit of bruin sneetjes brood, zachte croissant en eventueel een muffin. Qua beleg is er kaas, chorizo en ham. Meer is er gewoon niet... Al met al zeer teleurstellend en zeker geen aanrader!
Logement situé juste en face de la station de métro (qui était fermée durant notre séjour !) Chambres de belle taille.
La propreté générale : la chambre n'avait pas été aspirée, un coup d'aspirateur aurait pu suffire. Les rideaux ne sont pas de première jeunesse. Le peut-déjeuner est limite. Mais bon, nous sommes à Londres et, pour le rapport qualité/prix, ça peut le faire...
