Rigtig god service, afkølede værelser og meget venligt personale
Pros:

Beliggenheden ved Northfield Station er god. Det er langt fra centrum og seværdigheder, men det er nemt at komme med toget. Turen til centrum tager 30 min +

Værelset havde aircondition og det var vi rigtig glade for i sommervarmen.

Cons:

Det overordnede indtryk er et lidt slidt hotel.

Szukaliśmy pokoju z własną łazienką i osobnymi łóżkami, z czajnikiem, w bezpiecznej okolicy, blisko metra, w rozsądnej cenie. Ten hotel spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Obsługa hotelu bardzo życzliwa. Przy hotelu metro bądź autobus. Czasowo trochę dojazd zajmował czasu ale co bezcenne było to co widać z okien autobusu w drodze do centrum czy innej stacji metra. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, pościel przyjemna, czysto. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje z różnych świata. Gdybym miała ponownie wybierać to tylko ten hotel. Skorzystaliśmy że śniadań. Były ok.

Very noisy. Not clean and I wouldn’t recc mend it. The staff are very nice and very helpful but o will never stay there

Nothing really. Only the the staff they were super helpful and polite.

Cons:

The train goes past every 5 minutes until 1am. Then starts again at 5am. It’s very dirty and noisy

Pobyt v Londýne
Pros:

Lokalita hneď vedľa stanice metra..prvé dva dni nepremavalo,tak sme mali smolu..
V izbe bol mini kuchynský kutik-varná kanvica, chladnička, mikrovlnka a umývadlo..Raňajky boli dostačujúce-2 druhy salámy,syry,zelenina , džemy,niekoľko druhov chleba..taky bežný zaklad..Dostatok zásuviek..

Cons:

Zarazilo nás ,že 3.a 4.den sme nemali upratané postele,no na tom nám až tak nezalezalo,len nezvyk.. Kamarátka nemohla spať pri premávke vlakov,nevšimla si,že treba pýtať izbu do ulice,tak kto má slabé spanie, nech si pýta takú izbu..V kúpeľňi bola trochu zodrata vanička v sprchovom kúte..

I chose the hotel on its proximity to the tube station. I will not stay here again.
Pros:

The young man on reception was most helpful when I arrived. However, it was an hour before I could check in despite it being 4pm.

Cons:

The carpets were stained very badly and there were marks on the comforter. Also, it was a very hot day and the “air conditioner” was not equal to the job.

Perfect Hotel for a London Sightseeing Tour!
Pros:

Very clean and everything else is good. The shower was working including the toilet. The beds were comfortable and everyday fresh made The staff were very friendly and helpful. On our check out day we got help with the luggage to the underground station opposite the road and down to the platform. The breakfast was very good with different things to eat. The Hotel is located on the Piccadilly Line to Central London and to Heathrow airport. The Northfield Station is near the Hotel.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about. The only thing that is to mention is that the Northfield Station has no Lift or Escalator, but for that you can't blame the hotel for.

Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else

The price point was the only positive thing although it would of been worth the extra money to stay somewhere else

Cons:

When arriving on site the payment method was not working as we planned to pay onsite rather than online, reception asked us to come back down and pay in a while as we had plans to go out at a certain time we asked reception if it would be ok if we returned downstairs to pay in 1 hour and 30 mins, reception agreed to this. We went up stairs to begin to get ready for our event also a key point to this is we were two girls in our 20s, my friend was just out of the shower and I was preparing to get into the shower and reception begins banging on the door quite aggressively for us to open the door, we said no as we were getting changed and he proceeded to knock on the door and we said we’d come down and pay, the shower was quite loud and it would have been obviously to him that it was on and we found that extremely inappropriate. Other issues with the space included there was no shampoo/ conditioner and the soap that was in the bathroom was awful, the hair dryer was broken , there was stains on the headboard that could of been easily wiped off, there was a poo stain in the toliet and there was an indent of someone’s body in the mattress.
