Cons:

Tendo reservado um quarto com meia pensão incluída, só avisaram que a cozinha estaria fechada e que não ia haver jantar durante a semana inteira no momento em que chegámos ao hotel, por volta das 20h (hora em que iríamos jantar).
O pequeno-almoço era muito fraco, com a máquina de café avariada.
Apesar dos transtornos causados, foi possível obter o reembolso do pequeno-almoço e do jantar.

La colazione era molto scarsa. Non c'è nulla. Non offrono una colazione internazionale come ci saremmo aspettati.

Hotel comodissimo, di fronte alla metro!
Non è proprio centrale ma passandoci la Piccadilly line si è comodi per andare ovunque.
Stanza comoda e ampia come il bagno.
Staff molto cordiale!

Cons:

Forse darei un occhio di riguardo sulla colazione che è molto scarna e potrebbe essere arricchita con più scelta

Very comfortable family room right next to a tube & shops. Recommend for Heathrow.
Pros:

Lovely large family room , complete with very useful Fridge. (Microwave would have made this a great deal)
Very friendly staff. We used stairs but there was a lift.

Did not have breakfast but price was very low, and I'm sure would have been worth it.

Cons:

We were in a basement without windows. This was the only failing, otherwise my scores would have been maximum.

Instead of windows, there was a lightwell, so the room was light-ish in the daytime.
