Rooms were small but compensated by location.

The location is convenient if a little walk from the station. The bed was quite hard though.

The bathroom and especially the basin could have been cleaner. There was ingrained dirt in the basin.

I left my clothes to dry for an extra 20 minutes as I was running late. When I came back to collect them, they were not there. Someone had asked the staff to collect them from the dryer. I was very embarrassed and unhappy as these were my undergarments. However, when I went to use the dryer another day, all were occupied and a couple of dryers had stopped. I waited half an hour but no one came to collect them. I told a staff member at the front desk but they told me they were not permitted to collect them. But they did collect mine. This made my stay unpleasant.

The laundry set up was very good and we used this facility.
The most difficult part was the step into the bathroom.

However i could understand why it was like that and did not have any solutions

Good overall stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The only concern is that there was no AC, thus making it difficult to sleep at night.

Property not near Shinjuku station. Need to walk 15 minutes. Outside of my room always has some noise. Theirs is a maintenance room beside my room, not sure the noise from there?
When I booked the room online via Expedia.com. I booked twin bed 2 adults. However I only received 1 adult breakfast. So I needed to paid 5 days breakfast for others.

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent climate controls, excellent water pressure, very convenient self-serve laundry on-site, plenty of food and stores in quick walking distance, metro 10 minutes walk away, airport shuttle outside front door very convenient

I really enjoyed our stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. It was a clean, comfortable, centrally located place for our stay. There are many services right there, and everyone was helpful whenever we needed something.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was very quiet. The annex is a separate building from the main hotel. There were complimentary toiletries in the lobby such as facial sheet madks, cleanliess oil, lotion etc.

This hotel was approximately a 10 min walk from the main shinjuku station. My stay was 10/10. Very near tokyo metropolitan building. Convenient for airport bus (to and from narita airport); just right across the main hotel (annex is connected to the main hotel). Would recommend to friends and family and would come back again.

Although the room is small, the layout works. We traveled with backpacks so it didn’t take up much space but if you are traveling with suitcases it will block the walk way or the small space next to the bed. Having a private bathroom was a priority for us. It had everything we needed. Only time we spoke to staff was to check in, very friendly. Although there is an entrance to the train station very close it is a bit of a walk to the actual train. Less than a 5 min walk to a Lawsons, Family Mart, MiniStop and a 7-Eleven.

It was so difficult to get to sleep in the sweltering heat without any controllable Aircon . It was just hot. View was ok
