There was no explanation as to why I wasn’t allowed to check in. It was the worst experience because I was left confused

They canceled my reservation the mone t I walked in a,d tie, me that they no longer will rent to me. Out me on some sort of lost me when I asked for an explanation yeh only answer I was given was -Nyah’s what my managers notes say and I have to follow directions. I asked to speak with the manqger who was on site but was more concerned with his break in the back then to address my concerns as to why Im Not allowed. he basivcally was at an ear shot of this conversation and chose to not even acknowledge the issue they created . Regardless they canceled my reservation. The room had been paid for and. I am requesting a full refund plus the new reservation at a different property that cost me time and more money.

Very unfortunate Beaxuse I been staying here for 4 years for work when I stay in Palm Springs

Sad, sad, place to stay.
Pros:

This hotel is horrible. The smell of pot is prevalent all through the walkways.
Room are not clean. Just a coat of paint slapped on everything. Sidewalks and walkways are filthy.
Hector, the manager is hot tempered and doesn’t “listen” to anything. He is rude and doesn’t follow through with what he says he will.
All kinds of night activities going on to make you feel unsafe coming in at night.
I now go to another hotel when I’m in town.

Front desk staff was super-helpful this time.
Pros:

My room had very good air conditioning, but the 'box' that covers the thermostat was missing, so I couldn't really tell how to turn the air conditioning down -- do I turn the knob to the left, or to the right?

Cons:

The room key cards demagnetize VERY easily, so I had to go to the office twice to get a new card.
