Always stay here for value,if you want luxury this isnt it...
Pros:

Stayed here many times,always the same ,You know what your going to get,great value especially if you use Booking .Com..bus service in front to downtown which is also walkable...this is not the Hilton

Good, pricing is fine except for tripling for the weekend nights. VERY UNNECESSARY!!!!

I checked in and left after 5 minutes!
What is that place ? Literally there is homeless people sleeping in the corridor and people using drugs on the stairs.
Doesn’t feel safe dirty and stinky.
Never again!

Basic but convenient

Convenient to the area I visited.

Cons:

On my emailed reservation it showed parking included but once I arrived it was a $5 a day + tax for parking. The room had what appeared to be glitter glue on the floor and table. Felt like it was a lack of care to get it up. Other than this stay wasn’t bad.

Rude staff, literal s**t in the elevator, parking/housekeeping not included (both were advertised)

Room was clean, was in a great location.

Cons:

So many issues with our stay -- first of all the staff were very rude and dismissive. The rate I book explicitly said "1 parking spot included" even when I showed this to the staff they told me "yes, but that's what I'm telling you, it isn't included".

On the first night we're there, someone had defecated (pooped) in the elevator. This wasn't cleaned up for the entire duration of our stay! We, and other guests we spoke to, reported this to reception, but nothing was done about it!

The room rate included daily cleaning, however neither of our rooms were made up between the two nights. When I went to reception to ask about it they said it was "usually" daily housekeeping, but we should have asked specifically to get our room cleaned. Again, very rude. They did let us change our towels.

After checkin, one of our two rooms had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke (the other room was fine). We asked to change rooms and were told that room was a smoking room (we weren't told this when we booked/checked in) - they moved rooms however charged us extra for the new room because it had two beds in it (we only booked, and only needed, a double room).

This was hands-down the worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had anywhere. This is also the first time in 30+ years of travelling that I have left a review like this. I really hope this place cleans up its act and your stay is better than mine.
