Pros:

Location was so cental.

A hummingbirds nest outside the window.

Nice views

Staff were young but friendly

Cons:

Other people waking us up screaming on their phones about bedbugs in their rooms.

Didn't have bedbugs in my room however the place wasn't exactly the cleanest with basic to no facilities. Tiny brittle towels, the roof was caving in, broken electrical sockets, and it stank of cigarette smoke.

My room was not clean. Wastebaskets had not been changed and the bedsheets were stained.

I think enough already said. The worst hotel/motel experience in my life.
Pros:

Nothing. Rude staff. Both the smoking (we are not smokers but some how managed to book a smoking room) and non smoking rooms were horrible. Paint peeling, awful smells of cleaning/chemicals, bed mattress looked like a thin piece of toast. Felt un safe with strange men in hoodies prowling the corridors. Everywhere smelt of pot.
We didn't stay as we generally felt unsafe, not to mention the rooms which felt like they hadn't been painted or up-graded since the 60"s.

Cons:

Apart from the location, can not say one positive thing.

Overall Good!
Pros:

Location, fairly reasonable rate,
Clean, staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Air conditioner fan in the room ran 24 seven and noisy. Get a BIG trashcan near the coffee pot so you can throw your paper & creamer cups in the trash and not all over the floor as the current trashcan is useless! Provide napkins on the coffee table so You can wipe up your spills and not leave it messy for the next person.

All this property has going for it is the location near downtown PS!
Pros:

The maid service was good however floors did not appear to be regularly cleaned, nor the refrigerator in the one room we had where there was one.

Cons:

Very loud and disrespectful guests in nearby rooms were partying all Sat night with loud music and loud talking. Staff should have known about this and done something. In our two nights there we witnesses one arrest and one ambulance carry-away! No microwave or fridge in our room, no in-room coffee service, no facial tissues, no mini shampoo—NOTHING!! Way overpriced!
