Good value , good location, felt very unsafe due living with the homeless population

It had great location and good value …but…

Cons:

1. The coffee tasted like hot water with powdered creamer. It was obviously very diluted. There were homeless people staying there and I felt very unsafe. Afraid to leave the room after dark.
