They didn't have airport pickup-drop off service, laundry service, no hair dryer.
I couldn't get hot water to shower, so I caught a cold.

i stepped into the room and it was very dirty. seems that they didnt change the sheets. some blood stains as well on the wall and towel. i didnt want to make a fuss and just want to go out of there. i booked 3 night stay and was hoping i can get a refund for at least the 2 nights as we were only there for 5 mins. the manager was very rude. i didnt even complain about how nasty the room was but she started a screaming contest. we got back the 2 nights money but boy DO NOT STAY HERE
Bed sheet is DIRTY & STAINED.... washroom VERY SMALL
New opening. Housekeeping staff front deak staff not experienced enough to handle special sitiation . Service is consider poor. Room is big . Due to single lift. Waiting time is long.
