Terrible terrible mistreatment!!
Cons:

A part from all the other issues with this place,
The woman at the reception is extremely ostile and rude.
She's also completely unhelpful.. And that's very disappointing in any travelling situation. I won't recommend this place at all. Shame on them!

Pros:

Boa localização, cordialidade dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Internet apenas na recepção e 1⁰ andar (sofrível), fiquei num quarto ao lado da rua com barulho noturno insuportável, aquecimento central sem controle personalizado, hotel muito antigo e necessitando de remodelação.

Céntrico pero anticuado y poco cuidado

La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza mayor . Se puede ir a todos sitios andando.

Cons:

Está muy antiguo en general. El baño con bañera , sin plato de ducha, casi sin luz, estaban los apliques del espejo fundidos. Se lo comunicamos pero ni caso. La calefacción funciona pocas horas hacia frío por la noche. Necesita una gran reforma

Mucho ruido, no cambian las toallas y recibi una llamada muy desagradable de la encargada, cuando soli iré información para intentar ampliar el tiempo de estancia, además cuando se me acabó el tiempo(cosas que no sabía) tuve que pagar 40 euros para poder recoger mis cosas

La ubicación es lo único bueno a destacar. El que esté céntrico facilita el movimiento por la ciudad sin complicaciones.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL! LA ESTANCIA MÁS DECEPCIONANTE E INSEGURIDAD QUE HE TENIDO. La calidad del servicio ha sido bastante pésima. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien porque estaba rota, la limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear.... hasta tal punto que mi amiga encontró manchas oscuras en la colcha y yo una mancha de sangra en la cama. El mal olor que había en el baño era exagerado y no se fue en toda la noche. Las camas era un poco pequeñas, y mi amiga y yo conseguimos entrar en ellas porque somos bajitas, pero una persona alta estaría muy incómoda.
Lo que más nos sorprendió y ofendió es que se los trabajadores y la recepcionista se fueron del Hotel. Si ocurría cualquier cosa o necesitábamos lo que sea no era posible contactar con ellos. Nos dejaron a todos los huéspedes solos en el hotel, sin forma posibilidad de contacto o ayuda, frente a cualquier inconveniente que pudiera surgir. Una vergüenza y falta de profesionalidad absoluta.
