Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location from railway station perfect. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Lovely furniture. Very impressed with smart light switches!

A pleasant 2 night break, we would be happy to book again
Pros:

Location perfect, Seaview room. Bed, Bedding and pillows very good. Lighting and plug points generous. Bathroom a little small but adequate. Soft, fresh towels welcome. Breakfast buffet, sufficient, no frills but helpful, courteous staff. Coffee machine gave us a variety of hot drinks. We had our dog with us, so a little less convenient at breakfast..we managed

I think the bedroom would have looked fresher with a speckled, flecked carpet, wouldn't have shown the footfall as much. It was a bit inconvenient having to negotiate a spilt landing to get to our room especially with our luggage

It's a good experience.
Pros:

The staff on duty during our
arrival is very friendly and I can feel the family atmosphere vibes from him.
Breakfast is great 👍 and staff are very attentive and wears a smile 😊
The place is neat and clean.
Bedroom wise feels like home.

Fantastic at the four saints hotel 😊x
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant especially my vegan sausage. Excellent staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room was better than expected and staff clean the room everyday. Will be returning next year. Thank you all for making my stay fantastic xx

Pros:

Breakfast was good, though some items were not replaced even though we went down for breakfast at 9.20am. I requested for soya milk and they did give me. Even though they packed all item at 10.15 they did give us juice when we requested for it. It would have been good if they had packed away the items after checking with us if we had finished. Location was excellent.

I wish the breakfast area was not in the basement but had good sea view.

Quarto confortável, vista linda para o mar, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Eu havia reservado dois quartos de solteiro porque no site não havia mais quarto double. Mas depois que paguei e quando recebi as chaves, o atendente me informou que um dos quartos de solteiro tinha uma cama de casal. E era isto que eu precisava. No fim, paguei por dois quartos de solteiro sendo que eu poderia ter pago por somente um quarto de casal. Parece que não houve uma comunicação boa entre o booking e o hotel sobre o tipo do quarto que estava sendo reservado.

No parking available.Few options in breakfast.Elevator was too old and noisy.Rooms in general were tiny including the bathroom.There is hardly a space to stand in the bathroom. Overall,bad experience.Stayed for 2 nights and they always displayed that parking is full.

Overall experience is pleasant.
Pros:

Hotel is right on the beach. Beautiful view. A few minutes walk to city centre. Plenty of places to eat. Decent size room. Little disappointed with parking. Hotel has 10 parking spaces so it's first come first served or park on the road with regular day parking charges. Cable cars and trams are close by.

Cons:

Hotel has very limited parking spaces.
