Excellent experience. Economic but covers best that you need actually.
Pros:

Excellent Location. Friendly staff helping on your queries about the town, and supportive. Clean and comfortable room. Nice view from the window.

Cons:

They can improve a little on toilet lid/rim inside clean.

A great stay, great location and a friendly welcome.
Pros:

It’s my second time there so I knew what to expect. Breakfast is great, plenty of variety. Sea view was lovely. The room decor was very nice and facilities adequate for my stay. The weather was superb! No doubt I will be back.

Cons:

The stairs! Not that you can do anything about that, but help taking my suitcase to and from my room would be helpful as I’m elderly. I’m also a diabetic - I’m happy to have a cold breakfast, bran and fruit, so a 7.30 a.m. start could be an option for your guests, rather than wait for a hot breakfast. So if you could allow guests to eat an earlier breakfast it would be very helpful. Thank you.

Few days in Llandudno
Pros:

Breakfast, very friendly staff, very clean.

Cons:

Parking is first come first served. To be fair we always had a parking place.
I was amazed how little there is to do in Llandudno especially in the evening.
