A lovely relaxing stay.
Pros:

Breakfast choice was great. Continually replenishing.
Room very nice a perfect location for us as husband has difficulty walking and we were right next to the lift.

We have stayed at this hotel many many times, but this time was okay, I'm disappointed with the breakfast arrangement, since covid hotel ask what time you would like to have breakfast.which is fine,but on our last stay we gave a time a d first morning no problems, second morning was awful, every one was in restaurant at same time, no one had stuck to there
Time, there was know one to organise any one. Stuff was running out eggs other items, but know.one was replacing the food that quick. Having to wait about. In end left with out having any breakfast,

First stay over in Llandudno
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very very helpful and even went above and beyond for our (dog coco ) I would recommend and rhe breakfast was very tasty and loads to choose from i would vist again highly recommend

Extravaganza weekend

We had a brilliant stay the check in was easy the staff were brilliant the bed was so cosy the breakfast was delicious there really wasn't anything to dislike, we will definitely be back again soon

Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Yes, the building looks a little 'tired', and the front would benefit from some new seating and a little greenery/flowers. However, this is understandably costly.
