Value for money.
Pros:

Perfect location for conference at Venue Cymru.
Beds very comfortable and nice strong shower. Room clean enough and breakfast lovely.

Cons:

Was very hot with the heating on permanently.
WiFi was very intermittent.
One staff member was quite off when I asked for an extra towel, you would think I’d asked for something exceptional.

Love our stay and will be going again.
Pros:

We have been before so know what to expect. Although it could do with an update. It is clean, breakfast is delicious and plenty of choice. Staff are lovely. We will definitely be going again. Our room was a sea view, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Carpets need changing.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast.

Location was fantastic so close to town centre, bars, restaurants and the pier.
