Ignore negative reviews we will definitely book again
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter break with our 9 year old. Ignore negative reviews yes, it's a bit dated in parts but we don't go to a hotel to look at the decor. We had a great location, free parking and a great nights sleep each night and great hospitality so what's not to love. It's the second time stayed at this hotel and the last time was when our little one was a baby. We will definitely book again. A big shout-out to the two guys who worked the breakfast area. The guy with the short dark hair was so welcoming and the guy with the ginger hair in a pony tail, you were fantastic and a credit to this hotel. Absolutely fantastic guys and truly made us feel at home and what a great breakfast. My only negative and I'm picky was the coffee wasn't to my taste but besides that a great place, thank you!!!

Staff very friendly but accommodation quite basic.
Pros:

Pros:

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Only one minor lapse that was quickly rectified.
Breakfasts above expectation.

Cons:

The only recommendation I'd make is providing a small bar fridge in the room. With a 1yo baby in tow, it would have made life a lot easier to keep milk cold. Also to keep drinks cold for taking out with us or consuming on return - the weather was great but quite hot.

A great hotel with attentive staff
Pros:

A great size room with a lovely view to the sea. A cot bed with bed sheet was provided for my 1 year old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't turn the heating down and the issue was fixed promptly and the cause of it was explained clearly. Breakfast was very tasty and I was happy they also had weetabix amd banana that I could give to my toddler. Our room was next to the elevator which was very handy, as we had a stroller with us. Despite our room being next to the elevator and room facing the front of the hotel, it was very quiet late in the evening and during the night enabling us to have a good night sleep. Checking in and out of the hotel was easy and quick.

Cons:

The elevator was quite compact in size but could fit two adults and a toddler in a stroller. We didn't use the free parking at the back of the hotel, as it was quite full and it would've been quite a tight fit to park our mini suv.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are always very helpful and friendly, especially Lady. We always feel welcome and so does our dog. The buffet hot breakfast is excellent and even did vegan sausages for my partner. Fantastic Hotel and we will be back soon.

Cons:

We had to leave to return home.
