Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with a great sea view, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Definitely recommend and will return.
Bonus dogs welcome.

Great location, lovely room, very clean, handy with car park at the back. Dog friendly . Lovely guy (Rob) at reception and fantastic breakfast with exceptional service . Value for money for sure

Lovely place to stay! Would definitely come back

Breakfast was delicious!
Staff very helpful and kind
Very comfortable bed and great location we could cross the road and be at the beach

Cons:

Couldn't work out how to turn the heating off lol but there was a great fan already in the room so not really an issue.
Tiny car park entrance missed it twice but staff were very lovely and accommodating

Cons:

The rooms were congested.. It is very difficult to carry luggage. The rooms are overpriced. No view but paid 125 GBP. No Hospitality at all. The stay there was not comfortable at all.

The location and the front rooms only with sea view. The manager listened to our request and changed our room to a sea view room.

The back rooms and the fact that the properly has very less parking available which is first come first serve.

Lovely hospitality Hotel on the front of Llandudno well worth a stay.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, from Rob on reception to the lovely chef/waiter to the Romanian guy. All fantastic, polite, helpful etc. I have booked to come back again twice more up to now this year. Great hotel and brilliant with my dog too.
Very clean too, bar was great & the breakfast was amazing.
Would highly recommended to anyone. Was in room 207 and the single beds were amazingly comfortable too.
