Pros:

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica: alloggiare a Monreale, subito dietro il Duomo, è una cosa fantastica!
Anche per parcheggiare l'automobile, tutto sommato, non si devono fare grandi spostamenti.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the owner was helpful, she contacted mee by Whatssup. The booked parkplace was near, easy to find. Very good to make a sightseeing program in Monreale.

Cons:

The appartement is on the second floor, the starcase is narow and high, so not easy going up to the room with big paks or some older people. The place is noisy till late and from early morning.

E’ stato un piacevole soggiorno, con una accoglienza davvero gentile
Pros:

la posizione dietro l’abside della cattedrale, la gentilezza e l’accoglienza, la camera arredata con buon gusto. Il parcheggio privato a pagamento a poche decine di metri dalla struttura

Cons:

il traffico sotto le finestre, ma tutto il centro di Monreale ha questo problema.

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great, 1 minute away from the cathedral and bars/ restaurants and the host was very helpful

Top location for the cathedral
Pros:

Fabulous location near the cathedral and local bars and restaurants. Short walk to the regular bus service between Palermo and Monreale.

Cons:

Very steep narrow stairs with awkward entry, ie very little space to put down even my snall cabin bag on entry/exit. Could be a problem for solo traveller with large suitcase

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, ottima la posizione del parcheggio.

Cons:

Per accedere agli alloggi c’è una scala piuttosto ripida, diciamo che sconsiglierei questa struttura a gente anziana con problemi deambulatori.

Gradevole.
Pros:

Posizione. È a pochissimi metri dalla cattedrale ed è una delle poche strutture che ti fornisce il posto auto. Non manca niente, Phon ,tavolo da stiro, aria condizionata e frigo in camera. Doccia comoda.

Cons:

Purtroppo per accedere alle stanze bisogna salire una scala molto ripida, non adatta a persone molto anziane o con problemi di deambulazione.

Utilizzata la struttura per visita di Palermo: ottima scelta
Pros:

Struttura posizionata al centro di Monreale con vista sulla Cattedrale. Abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio privato e recintato della struttura (opzione a pagamento).

Cons:

Preso appartamento ultimo piano: scale ripide e accesso un pò difficoltoso con i bagagli.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e per tutto il tempo l’acqua calda non c’è stata.
Dicevamo che avrebbero provveduto ma non è stato così,
Sconsigliato andare in auto.
Parcheggi liberi introvabili nemmeno a pagamento.
Unica alternativa è un parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura al costo di 10 euro al giorno situato su una ripida discesa.
Bisogna essere molto allenati per poter fare la salita!
Condizionatore posizionato malissimo.
