Excellent Location and facilities. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Pros:

Location was perfect, only 5 minute walk to Pratunam Market, 15mins walk to Big C and Central World Plaza.
7 eleven are close by for all groceries shopping. And its a well know hotel/location so any Lazada or Grab delivery are easily managed.

Cons:

The Tap in the wash basin needs to be upgraded.......

Nice staff. Good location. Good value for money.

Cons:

I've stayed here many times with no complaints but definitely time for lots of the hotel to be serviced. Toilet, shower and old furniture. Still a great hotel and I will stay here again in the future but needs upkeep.
