war sehr enttäuscht
Cons:

Hatte bei der Buchung ein teures upgrade auf ein Suerior Doppelzimmer gemacht und ein Doppelzimmer mit Ausblick auf dem Parkplatz bekommen. Den ganzen Tag standen die Reinigungswagen vor der Tür.
Auf dem Balkon sah man nur noch Umzäunungsgitter.
Da hätte ich mir das Geld sparen können.

Położenie hotelu znakomite. Przy deptaku, nad plażą. Z tyłu duży parking, miejsce na rowery. Personel uczynny i pomocny. Śniadania smaczne i obfite. Jedząc je można podziwiać akrobacje windserfingowców. Pobyt w tym miejscu polecam serdecznie

Direkt am See ..Top , und ruhig obwohl
Mitten drin .
Parkplatz Top und Hotel sehr gepflegt.
Tolle Aussicht auf den See .

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.
Irgendwie war Heizung von heut auf
Morgen auf Heiß gestellt. Und Kühlschrank hat alles erfrieren lassen.
Betten waren leider nur zusammengeschoben und gingen über Nacht auseinander .

Pierwszy wyjazd nad Garde i to był strzał w dziesiątkę! Hotel w super lokalizacji! Blisko do ciekawych miasteczek nad Gardą. Personel miły, pokoje czyste, a śniadania pyszne. Napewno wrócimy😊

Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben mochte ich das freundliche Personal, das leckere Frühstück und die traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Der schöne Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den See war ein absolutes Highlight und hat der Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die tolle Aussicht sorgen für pure Erholung. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

انصح فيه وبقوه مكان يستاهل ونظيف والموظفين ذوق واخلاقهم عاليه ولو رجعت ديل غاردا مره ثانيه بستاجر من عندهم كمان

وقت اقامتي كانت المكيفات ماتشتغل والشخص الي ساكن جنبي احضر كلب معاه وازعجنا الليل كله اتمنى يفصلو بين الادوار المسموح بدخول للحيوانات والادوار الغير مسموح بدخول الحيوانات

Vorsicht bei vergessenen Wertgegenständen – Enttäuschender Service

Eigentlich war der Aufenthalt okay, aber was sich nach dem Check-out abspielte, ist absolut inakzeptabel und der Grund für die minimale Punktzahl beim Personal.
Ich habe meine AirPods im Zimmer vergessen. Obwohl das Personal die Kopfhörer laut eigener Aussage gefunden hat, erfolgte keinerlei proaktive Information an mich. Erst als ich mich selbst um 17:12 Uhr meldete, wurde der Fund bestätigt.
Das Schlimmste: Für eine Versandgebühr von 31 € wurden mir AirPods zugeschickt, die nicht meine waren. Ich erhielt ein altes, stark verschmutztes Paar. Dank der Wo-ist-App kann ich meine eigenen AirPods eindeutig orten – sie befinden sich noch immer im Hotel.
Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde ich lediglich vertröstet. Außer leeren Versprechungen ist seit Freitag nichts passiert. Dass man mir „versehentlich“ fremden Müll zuschickt und meine Originale trotz Ortungsnachweis einbehält, hinterlässt einen sehr bitteren Beigeschmack. Ein „Missgeschick“ sieht für mich anders aus. Ich warte bis heute auf meine rechtmäßigen Kopfhörer.

Przepiękny widok nie musisz brać pokoju z widokiem na jezioro wystarczy że zejdziedz do restauracji lub przed budynek i masz piękny widok . Basen za dodatkową opłatą poprosisz szlafrok lub ręcznik też musisz zapłacić rowery gratis i to duży plus bo wypożyczysz i jeździsz po okolicznych miejscach. Pamiętaj że tam wieje dla korzystających z wody to plus dla zwiedzających to udręka.

Super zufrieden.

Cons:

Schwimmbad und Sauna ist nicht im preis der Zimmer enthalten. Musste man extra bezahlen, auch wen es nur 10€ pro person sind, aber trozdem......
