The room is OK. But I got a Superior room while the reservation said he had reserved the Executive room. They charged accordingly. I expect a certain level of honesty in their reservation and front office staff.
The lift stinks of a stale smell. Food is good overall. Since it is located right on the Salem to Bangalore Highway, it is convenient, but the insulation needs to be improved so that the traffic noise is minimised.

I booked the Premium Room and my first impression was positive. The room was spacious, good-looking, and had a great view, which I really enjoyed. Some of the furnishings and interiors felt slightly old, but that was understandable and didn’t affect the overall comfort much.

However, I’m not sure if the rooms are properly checked before guest check-in. As soon as I entered, the flush wasn’t working and a technician had to spend around 15 minutes fixing it after I had already checked in.

My luggage also took about 20 minutes to arrive and only came after I called twice. Basic amenities like an iron box were not readily available, and I was told I would need to wait 40–50 minutes.

Other amenities like water and essentials were delivered on time. But during peak periods like wedding season, the hotel seems to struggle to scale services when many guests need additional amenities.

Overall, the room size, view, and comfort were good, but the service responsiveness did not fully match the premium room experience.

I have just step in to olive bar of this hotel. Very cozy place. Recommended for chill session. Love their side dish given as complimentary. The chicken was awesome.

Located on prime area in salem. Easy access to train station, bus stand etc. Dining experience is ok but could be better.

Stay is very comfortable Had a great experience staying in this amazing property. Located in the Bengaluru Salem Highway, East to reach n travel. Facilities were amazing and hospitality too. Especially staffs Pavithra were friendly and ready to help the guests.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Check-in took some time(there was a function and reception area and parking was crowded). There was a small issue at the checkin time which they sorted out quickly.

Since we reached late in the night and left early in the morning, we didn't try any facilities (restaurants, pool or gym). Wifi worked as expected.

Price was reasonable. Seems to be a nice place to stay in Salem.

There was water leakage from AC in the room which woke me and my wife around 3.30 AM. Our night’s rest was disturbed.

First of all, property is near Bengaluru highway so easy for traveler to get and get out. Also it seems it has seen good days but in reality they are in past and now this is just a old jaded property with staff to match.
Everything about the rooms says they need a upgrade as you can see from the pics. WiFi was not stable, Worst housekeeping I saw in recent times who doesn't even check the bathroom supplies or the appliances are working or not. Little flush button doesn't work, shower water mixer doesn't work, the shampoo dispenser was empty and not working either. Hotel check in is 12 pm but even at 4:15 pm I was made to wait to get my room. Definitely not the VFM or the ratings it deserved. Only positive thing is the breakfast buffet was small but decent taste.

We stayed here for 12 days, visiting the family. This is the first time we have used this hotel, stayed in the Radisson and Sivaraj Inn before. This place is very conveniently located off the highway. We stayed in the executive room, the first room we were shown wasn't satisfactory; there was only a frosted glass partition between the bedroom and the shower room, there was no privacy, we asked for a different room at the time of check-in and the staff were very helpful and showed us a few rooms before we settled into a new one. Very spacious, comfortable and a very effective A/C! The shower head was dirty and the drain was draining slowly and as soon as this was pointed out, the matter was dealt with quickly and effectively!
For me, the highlight was the breakfast buffet; this was managed very well every day and full credit to Sivagami, the supervisor there who ran the operation very efficiently and always with a smile on her face! Full credit!!
We also had a small get together with family and friends and used the 'One and Above' meeting room which was great for a gathering of 15 people and the catering staff, led by Sivagami, made this a great and memorable experience for us, thank you!
The front desk can be quite busy at times but the staff were friendly and helpful, a special mention to Hemalatha, very efficient and pleasant and always had a smile on her face!
A couple of negative points: unfortunately, there is some building works going on at the moment, lot of drilling noise during the day, couldn't sleep if you are looking for a nap! In the breakfast buffet, some Indian sweet items like gulab jamun or kesari could be offered along with the cakes.
Overall, a very satisfactory and pleasant stay for the first time here, we will definitely stay here again during future visits (provided the renovation works are completed by then!!!)

Room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our room was road facing, some noise was seeping through. Some restoration was going on, that noise added on.
The highlight was the breakfast. The menu was good. Staff Raja and sivakami served us well. Great team .

Very nice experience as usual. Rooms are comfortable. The staff at breakfast, sivakami ji and Raja were very helpful in customising and is their service. The staff at cinnamon restaurant were also very courteous and helpful. We have always enjoyed our stay here
