Une bonne étape reposante et confortable dont le rapport qualité prix reste bon vu la concurence.
Pros:

La literie est bonne bien que nous aurions préféré un lit en 160cm. Le sol de la salle de bain n'était pas très propre, les distributeurs de savon étaient presque vides et le filtre de la clim très sale (attention pour les allergiques).

Cons:

Le bruit assez élévé la nuit d'une VMC proche (chambre 809) et l'obligation de paiement d'une caution dont l'annulation d'encaissement est longue. De plus, ne bénéficiant d'aucun état des lieux en entrant, cela reste assez anti commercial car on ne pourrait contester une éventuelle retenue.

Bien placé, fonctionnelle, choisir des gens qu'on connait pour voisins.
Pros:

Une cuisine bien fonctionnelle, une salle de bain très pratique, une conception de l'espace intelligente de la chambre en plusieurs parties.

Cons:

Il s'agissait sans doute d'une chambre pouvant devenir une suite. Ainsi, elle était séparée de la chambre voisine par une double porte fermée dont l'isolation phonique était hélas très médiocre. Les autres murs et plafonds isolaient bien, quel dommage...

Nice residence close to the Gare
Pros:

The residence itself is perfect: it is situated on a small street in close proximity to the railway station (450 mt.). You can have a good breakfast for reasonable price. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. We lived on the last 8-th floor and the room was nice, clean and quiet. There are two sections in the room separated with the wall. One is for sleeping, the other is a kitchen. The kitchen equipment (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine) is good and sufficient for living for several days. The bad is large and comfortable. Wi-fi worked well all the time.

Cons:

The only problem was the window that needed to be adjusted to remove the draft.
