Globalement satisfait par le rapport qualité/prix, mais perfectible facilement.
Pros:

Appartement conforme à la description : 4 couchages (1 lit double et 2 lits simples), propre, bien isolé, climatisé et idéalement situé.

Cons:

Lits simples dans le séjour et non pas dans une chambre séparée (ce n'est pas clair sur l'annonce).
Parking payant et trop petit (voiture éraflée en voulant manoeuvrer).
Pas de filtre à café pour la machine : café infect et salissure du plan de travail de la cuisine... Tout à nettoyer.

Prix correct et confort suffisant pour un bref séjour.
Pros:

L'emplacement, proche de la gare (côté Villette) est son principal atout.
Le lit est confortable.
Petit dejeuner correct, même s'il est un peu conventionnel.

Cons:

Les toilettes sont un peu viellottes (cuvette WC qui "reflue" bruyamment).
Le fait de sortir soi-meme ses poubelles....

Un manque de clarté concernant les conditions d'usage de la caution dans les messages reçus en amont. Dans la chambre non plus il n' y a pas non plus en évidence les conditions relatives à la caution... Bref un peu plus de pédagogie serait bienvenue.
