Je suis très déçue de mon séjour. L'ascenseur est tombé en panne et je suis restée bloquée pendant environ 10 minutes. Le plus inquiétant est que personne n'est venu me porter assistance. J'ai même dû appeler ma sœur pour qu'elle prévienne la réception. Une telle situation est inacceptable et très angoissante. J'espérais un meilleur niveau de sécurité et de réactivité de la part de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Habitación cómoda, con muy buen baño, buena ubicación y lugar de estacionamiento en parking vecino al hotel

Cons:

El desayuno es limitado y las camas un poco angostas, creo que en esos items no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

In centro con parcheggio: perfetto per automobilisti
Pros:

Hotel in posizione perfetta per chi si muove in auto, proprio a ridosso del centro storico e adiacente un parcheggio pubblico gratuito per chi alloggia (comunicare alla reception). Stanza confortevole con bagno e doccia ampi, struttura ben restaurata e personale gentilissimo. Bello il giardino della zona colazione/ristorante.

Cons:

Colazione con poca varietà ma comunque sufficiente. In bagno solo sapone in dispenser senza kit di cortesia. Reception sguarnita di notte.

A Good stay in Split!
Pros:

Had 2 rooms booked at the Marul. The location, while not right in the Old Town area was about a 5-6 min walk away, and worked for us because we had a car. The hotel is located down a narrow alley, but it isn't a problem getting to it from the car park. Parking was included in our nightly rate.
The hotel was clean, though the decor was a bit sparse, and slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The shower pressure and heat were fantastic - though the bathroom amenities certainly needed a bit of an upgrade.
Breakfast was provided daily, and while the selection was broad enough, the overall quality of the food was just about OK. The good service made up for that.
Overall, a good stay.
