It was luxurious
Nothing it was beautiful
The property was absolutely stunning, decorated for Christmas and the vibes of were immaculate. Staff were friendly and polite, will definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return.
We were brought the wrong drinks order 3 times at the restaurant, and there was metal in the food
The hotel was extremely festive, decorated for the holidays. The fires were lit in the lounge and bar, making for lovely spaces in which to have tea and drinks. The food in the restaurant and bar was very good. The spa was luxurious, and the services were done well. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful in all respects. The bathrooms were well-appointed. The housekeeping team made sure that we had plentiful towels, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies. We ran out in a rush one day of our stay leaving a terrible mess, and were pleasantly surprised to return to a cleaned and orderly room.
It would be nice to have information available regarding nearby rental car services and transportation to and from the Manchester airport.
this place was lovely and clean
When we went the pool was cold in the spa so wasn’t happy with that except from that it was a perfect stay
Nice hotel with large rooms. Staff all very friendly. Nice grounds.
Plenty of parking. Lovely spa area.
Good food with plenty of options.
Breakfast wasn't included in our package so we had to pay on checkout.
We have stayed numerous occasions. Amazing hotel, great staff, beautiful rooms, relaxing quiet spa, amazing food and cocktails.
Homely and warm, good location
The rooms were not very soundproofed, I could hear next door snoring which made us felt not very private
Staff were so kind, stay was amazing, spa was lovely I would recommend it to everyone !
food in the evening could of been a bit better for the price but the breakfast and treats at the spa were lovely !
