Dull, boring and depressing place.
Pros:

The place is decorative but extremely small. Apart from the Unfriendly receptionist, staff were polite. The car charging station

Cons:

Me and my special needs son were left struggling to take our luggage upstairs to the room as there is no concierge. The spa and pool you have to go outside of the building and it was raining, I asked her for an umbrella, she offered no help. Rooms are dull and dark with dirty drawers units and we found hair in the bath. The room are not soundproof and No internet connection 📶. Curtains don’t close and no ventilation. Spa has poor refreshments.and not enough chairs. The best thing was the jacuzzi if you don’t mind the sharpe steps. Food was just as dull and expensive as the place. No entertainment in this place. Friday night and the place is empty and boring. We were sat at the bar to eat, they said no space at the restaurant but actually , it was not busy. The garden was so dark at night, we couldn’t set or enjoy a walk. Over all, we couldn’t wait to go in the morning and we lost any appetite to try their breakfast, not worth the money and the drive. Very depressing place

Heavenly Hotel
Pros:

We stayed in a coach house suite. It is the best hotel room we have ever stayed in with a doubt. All the touches, decor and facilities too .any to mention! Particularly lived the two baths on our own terrace!! The hotel and spa interior design was fabulous. The setting and location stunning. Most of the staff were so friendly, helpful and delivered great service, including the spa team. Spa treatments were great too! OK it wasn't cheap but you certainly get what you pay for!! We had a couple of issues with the food but overall it was amazing and delicious!

Cons:

We had a Rabbit main course, it was returned a bit under cooked and staff handled it well but when it came back more cooked it was too tough to eat. The base carbon was also too salty, as was the risotto on the fish course the following evening. Having said this, the starters amd desserts and two other main courses couldn't be faulted! Breakfasts were amazing!

Very special - such an experience!
Pros:

The breakfast was stunning and plenty of choice. The hotel itself is beautiful and the attention to detail in every room was beyond impressive. The room was comfortable and warm and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The spa was glorious too!

Cons:

We had to wait a while to get a lounger around the pool.
