Awful Experience – Don’t Trust This Hotel
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their customer service was extremely poor. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived and found out that the connected family room I had booked didn’t even exist. Instead, they showed me a completely different room in the basement that was smelly and humid.

This hotel doesn’t have any connected family rooms at all, so I don’t understand how it has such a high rating. I saw many other guests arguing with the staff and complaining about similar issues. When I asked for a refund, they refused, and I had to move to another hotel, which cost me much more.

Do not trust this hotel – it’s nothing like what they advertise.

It was a very disapointing visit to the hotel we really regret doing a reservation there.

Only its location

Cons:

1. The rooms were much smaller than expected
2. Lobby has really bad smell got my wife to vomit twice ( smell of rotten eggs)
3. You can hear everything from the rooms (neighbor having a shower as if it was in your bathroom)+(the normal neighbor talking voice)+(had insects inside the room)
4. The bathroom has a really really bas smell (sewage smell)
5. Bad inroom lighting system
6. Bad staff
7. The room is so far from the lobby i literally had to walk about 10 mins to get to the room and its all without any lifts

Alles, eerst kreeg ik een verschrikkelijke kamer in de kelder met een bieze geur. Na het klagen hebben ze de kamer veranderd naar de 2 deverdiep die viel nog mee. Maar heeft niets te maken met de foto's. Hygiene was ook nul in heel het hotel. Zeker niet aan te raden. En het hotel heeft grand star hotel ze hebben achteraan een bord gezet gelijk het 2 hotels zijn. Ingang is nirt duidelijk.

Lied about having gym, poor condition, tons of noise
Pros:

Location and view at breakfast was good

Cons:

Listing said they have a gym. There is no gym. Room had broken bits with some being held together with tape. Only one semi-working elevator. Incredible loud noise from a club at night.
