Looking forward to returning again. Calm, peaceful place with nice, spacious rooms and wonderful service
Pros:

Great rooms, quiet, good AC, very comfy, wonderful service.

Cons:

Breakfast was not that great- wish they have some proper Tanzanian coffee! But they do have nice fresh juices :)

My best recommendations
Pros:

This was a huge surprise. I booked for 1 night, but ended up with 3 nights. Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. And location is very central, though quiet, in a good area.

Pros:

Le personnel est hyper gentil et accueillant. Merci encore.

A lovely short stay
Pros:

This was my first time solo travelling and also visiting Africa

- The staff were incredibly helpful both in advance when I emailed and in person , some really friendly individuals

- Room was comfy and clean, and a good aircon!

- bathroom fully stocked- shampoo, showroom gel, but also Toothbrush, toothpaste etc all provided too

- the food served for dinner was delicious and very reasonable prices,

Knocked down to 4* for a few things:
- no hot water in sink in bathroom and no plug, low water pressure in shower
-only 500ml of water provided a day and if you wanted more you had to buy bottles from hotel - i think at least 1l would be fair
- pool smaller than I expected based on photos - nice to dip in to cool off but not big enough to swim. Also only 3 sun loungers at the pool

Overall was nice for my short stay before flying domestically and I would recommend for a few nights.

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, always making sure that we are okay. They were very courteous and offered to give us more information an anything we asked or enquired from them.

Cons:

The seats in the rooms need to be checked on (maybe it was the room we were in) they are okay but not too comfortable. Also they need to check on the wall sockets some don't work, especially in the sitting room.

Pros:

Good hotel if you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay, there is a few maintenance issues such as broken door glass and aircon not working in the room, The breakfast is not great, i avoided anything that’s not covered as there were a lot of flies on and around the food and staff were not concerned, the lack of hygiene ment that i only had a tea in the mornings and ate out most of the time i was there, the major disappointment for me was when the hotel tried to charge me extra for fresh towels, which they normally change daily but then stated to skip a day.. once a little extra was left aside the towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned properly. i did inform management but they said that they would look into it.. but nothing came of it. overall it’s a cheap hotel for a reason, there’s better out there for the money and given the choice i would look else where

Quiet, private and relaxing
Pros:

Very relaxing environment and professional, helpful staff. Private setting and safe with good security measures in place. Positioned in good neighborhood with easy access to popular tourist spots

Cons:

I think having a bar on site would be a bonus rather than using an external service to provide/deliver drinks once the guest has ordered, but in the main this was not a problem really. Even this service was efficient
