Generally good. Breakfast could be better - not much fresh fruit
Pros:

There were 2 exceptional front desk ppl who tended to work during the daytime. The morning and evening reception ppl (all men), who worked alone, were not friendly and treated us as if we were a nuisance.

Cons:

Most of the front desk staff but not the 2 men who worked together during the daytime to man the reception desk.

Pros:

The staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The air conditioning worked great! And the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there was noise from other rooms (especially raising & lowering the window shades at all hours of the night - the shades are metal and very loud).

Great location, kind and welcoming staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel is just excellent because it is right in the downtown and it is very well connected to all services and attractions as well as to the airport and the train station. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and light-filled, and the ones in the front offer nice balconies with superb views on the town. The breakfast is included in all reservations, and is complete, varied, and abundant. Even the locals from Sassari stop by the hotel’s cafe for their breakfasts and that adds a lovely authentic vibe! Last but not least, all the staff and the hotel personnel is extremely kind, welcoming, and ready to assist you for any requests for help, advice, or just recommendations for places to visit or restaurants to try out. I highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

Unfortunately the WiFi in the hotel is very fable, weak, and always unreliable. Also, in my room the shower did not work properly because its tube leaked a lot of water while being used.
