A comfortable welcoming hotel in a great location
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff provided water coffee and beverages daily. Spacious, clean , comfortable room. Neighborhood felt safe. Good restaurants nearby. Easy access from Roma Termini

Une bonne adresse, on recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement de ce petit hôtel est parfait, à 10mn à peine de la gare à pied et idéal pour visiter Rome à pied. L’accueil est vraiment sympa avec une équipe attentive et si souriante ! Vous avez de quoi prendre un petit dej à la réception, café et thé à volonté et biscuits sont à disposition.
La literie est très confortable.

A cozy, welcoming hotel in a great location, with exceptionally kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice — clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The only thing we missed was having a window with a view, as unfortunately our room faced the wall of the building opposite.

The location was very convenient. Almost all of the main sights in central Rome were within walking distance, and if we needed to go a little further, there was also a metro station nearby.

What impressed us the most, however, was the hotel staff — I assume they were the owners — who were always available, incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We truly felt looked after and genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Free water, coffee, and snacks were available at the hotel, which was a very nice touch. They always asked how we were doing and gave us helpful advice on the best ways to get to the places we wanted to visit.

Overall, the hotel had a really warm, cozy, and personal atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

The only thing we missed was having a window with a some view, as unfortunately our room faced the wall of the building opposite. But as we were mostly going out, this was not a big issue.

Fantastisk service och trevligt boende.
Pros:

Välstädat och mycket trevlig personal. Kristina i receptionen var helt fantastisk och mycket kunnig gällande Roms historia och sevärdheter. Nära Colosseum och Forum Romano, samt nära till tågstationen om vi ville åka lite längre bort.

Cons:

AC i vårat rum var inte så bra och lät ganska mycket.

Great and very helpful staff, great location.
Pros:

Nor breakfast, but front desk still made coffee cappuccino for us. HAD CHILLED WATER BOTTLES FOR US at any time.

Cons:

It is a 2 star hotel, so no elevators, small hallways and rooms.

The Hotel is in a great area and very easy to go everywhere from there while also connected to Termini Station so easy to go to the airport. The owners there are absolutely great, helpful and accommodating, making sure you enjoy your trip to Rome. 100% recommended!

Nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude pour l'accueil exceptionnel, caractérisé par une amabilité constante, des sourires chaleureux, une écoute attentive et un service irréprochable. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons bénéficié d'un accès illimité aux boissons, aux confiseries et au café. Lors de chaque départ, des bouteilles d'eau nous étaient offertes, une attention particulièrement appréciée compte tenu des températures supérieures à 30 degrés. Bien que les chambres présentent un certain âge, leur confort a garanti un repos de qualité. L'emplacement stratégique de l'hôtel a facilité nos déplacements, nous permettant de visiter l'ensemble des sites à pied.

Tenía una maleta sobredimensionada (maleta de bici) la cual no cambia en la habitación sencilla que separe, ellos amable
