I'd definitely come back here if I were to visit Rome again.
Pros:

The staff was by far the friendliest I've ever met in a hotel! Excellent service and really good restaurants recommendations. Very accommodating too!

Cons:

Maybe it was just our room, but it could use more soundproofing. Nothing earplugs can't solve though.

Tracte i neteja impecable! Molt ben situat
Pros:

El personal molt atent i amable, quan entres i quan surts sempre t’ofereixen aigua i si vols algun cafè. Està proper a bars, restaurants.
Canvien llençols i tovalloles cada dia. La neteja es inmillorable. Si tornem a Roma repetirem!

Excelente opción para quedarse en ROMA
Pros:

Lo mejor fue el personal, muy amable desde el primero minuto hasta el momento de la salida. La habitación muy buena y limpia. La ubicación la consideramos bastante buena.

Cons:

Nada que no me gustara. Quizás solo decir que pudieran cambiar el sistema de aperturas de las habitaciones, de llaves normales a tarjetas.

Great location, impressive staff, excellent restaurants nearby.
Pros:

The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide water, coffee, espresso, at any hour of the day or night. Hotel was in a great location with excellent restaraunts steps away. Termini station is also a 10 minute walk at the most!

Excellent Hôtel avec un parfait rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Idéalement placé au centre de Rome, à proximité immédiate de la station de métro Vittorio Emanuele permettant de rejoindre rapidement tous les points touristiques de la ville.
L'hôtel est très confortable pour un 2* et la gérante est une véritable guide, passionnée par sa ville et de très bons conseils.
Propreté impeccable, il fournissent autant de bouteilles d'eau que l'on a besoin, que ce soit pour la journée ou pour la nuit.
Petit déjeuner très sommaire mais suffisant pour les lève-tôt qui peuvent en prendre un plus copieux plus tard en ville.
