No ice machine available on facilities. Took long time to get extra towels. Our restroom door didn’t close properly. Shower curtain rod broken.
The pool was good. Glad theres fast food and gas marts walking distance and short drive to denny's. . Less than a mile from Alligent stadium you can walk. I only stayed at hotel to go to a game at stadium. Plenty of parking.
The pigeons flying around on walk ways. Bird droppings around some areas. No ice machine. It looked like there was one in laundry room. Must of broke down.

Plenty of parking staff was really friendly
1st room we went into smelt like cigarette smoke and really dirty holes in doors light switch dodgy asked receptionist if we could swap the gladly swapped us into another room that was a little bit better but still had a fusty smell and a bit dirty also showers where cold water wouldn’t run hot
Nothing originally booked because it was close to the venue I was attending. I will never book here again

The room's Air Conditioning unit didnt work that well, so room was hot. The room needed to be updated.

The room was nasty dirty!! Bathtub was discussing and dirty. Cigarette butts on the floor. Smoke detectors No battery in it. And the toilet was super wobbly when sitting down on it!!! Nasty Nasty Nasty!!!

I"m sure I got the room that you would pay for by the hour. Bed was made with bottom sheet on the mattress as it should. Then the blanket, then the top sheet then the bed cover. Clearly the set up for the prostitute to use. Air conditioning didn't cool the room at all. The room STUNK OF CIGARETTES. The air conditioning unit STUNK of cigarettes even more than the room. There is also power points hanging out of the wall. The room did not look like as advertised. There must be other rooms that are not anything the one I got. I don't complain ever but this had to be said so others don't have this unhealthy experience.
The staff was nice
AC wasn’t working it smell so bad! We moved rooms once and decided to ask for a refund as we could not stand the smell and it was too hot to not have a working AC.
