Awful completely awful horrible worst experience of my life
Pros:

Absolutely nothing nothing at all. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing good about this experience. Nothing at all there were roaches. The electricity kept going out in the room. The AC was not working properly. It was pretty warm. The keys didn’t work on a daily basis. Someone tried entering our room because they assigned it to someone else after we checked in it was just very very bad and that occurred at 3 AM.

Front desk was sleeping when we arrived at night and room key did not work. In the morning there was 1 pot of empty coffee and I had to bring the empty one to him to refill

The location. Nice that it had a pool.

Cons:

Elevator down. Strong urine smell in stairwell. Dirty in places. No towels or washcloths in room. The type of people around the building at times.

Investigate before you cancel rooms
Pros:

I loved the price an the fact that I didn't have to pay a deposit.

Cons:

The staff did not handle an issue that came up properly and canceled my room without doing proper investigation to come to the conclusion that the manger came to. His decision cost me a lot of money that I wasn't prepared to pay. I just wish the manager what have did a better job on that. Also, the young lady who runs the front desk has an issue with black Americans. I saw her treat others with the utmost respect,but when it came to me an my folks the energy was different...the floors in the rooms are not being cleaned I cleaned them myself an my towel was black . Other than that my stay was fine , up until.

The air-conditioning was super loud. The bathroom floor was coming up and the staff was not friendly. Also I had a hubcap taken off my rental.

False advertising and needs to be remodeled it smelled horrible.
Cons:

The property confirmed they could accommodate my mom’s disabled patient by providing a room that was accessible, when we arrived they did not provide this and have yet to refund our money for the one day they checked out early.
