We've stayed before but this was pure disappointment
Pros:

The only thing we liked was we had rented two rooms abd they were next to each other.

Cons:

When we got there, we were informed the A/C was out. Little did we know the fan didn't even work either. The kid's had played in the sand and needed showers. There was no hot water. The rooms were dirty. My baby had spilled water when I cleaned it up the towel was black from the floor. The shower and toilet were both dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. We had to sleep with the windows open do to no air and the people and traffic outside was horrible. People were smoking weed and it was blowing into the rooms.

This hotel needs better management of the rooms that lacked a lot of basic stuff and functions.
Cons:

Our air conditioning didn't work and were told all the air conditioners there weren't working, there were no toiletries (shampoo, soap, only 1 roll of toilet paper) just barely enough cheap quality towels to use for showering or washing. The outside of the hotel was dirty.

I had contacted the front desk the day before to make sure my room had a microwave and they failed to tell me that their AC had been out for 2 weeks.
Then I get to the room. The ceiling is falling and the beds are falling apart and there is black mold in the window, also the window was being held on with duct tape. when I asked for a discount or a reimbursement because it was already too late to book another room for the night with my children and husband. They told me I needed to contact bookings which has nothing to do with any anything. Definitely will not be staying there and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone else

Everything, it was very sketchy, gas station worker told me there are police there everyday. The pool was dirty. The window screens were ripped. The doors were very loose and dirty. Did not feel safe at all.
