Cancelled my reservation upon arrival once I seen the rooms and had to make a reservation in another hotel close by that
Pros:

I did not like anything infect did not end up staying I canceled my reservation upon arrival because it was totally unsafe not clean at all this hotel should not even be open to public in the condition it is in just horrible

Doors dot close screen doors are broken not clean did not feel safe at all being there.

2 towels in bathroom , ice machine broken , maybe wash down the pathways. Better Shower curtain. Water spout in bathroom sprayed on clothing missing the control spout.

Cons:

We stayed for five nights and never received housekeeping service in our room.
A receptionist named Asiria was very polite and helpful; she offered us a set of clean towels on the third day and also helped us get a refrigerator for the room.
I asked a housekeeper who was cleaning empty rooms about it, and she told me the rooms weren't being cleaned because management didn't want to pay for it (and she was very rude about it, too).
We paid for every night of our stay, so I don't understand why we didn't receive housekeeping service.
I am a customer of Motel 6 at other locations, but this time I was surprised by the lack of room service.

Cons:

On the website it said mini refrigerator and microwave included but manger said it was a mistake and that booking.com just groups it together and that only some rooms have them. We planned to use them and could not switch to a room that has one. Looks smaller in person.
