TV didn’t work

I booked a room and had to pay an additional $11 per night for a room with a fridge and microwave that did not work good. The rooms were humid feeling even with the air on, no room service occurred and even before entering the new room assigned to with the fridge and microwave the floors were not swept or moped and the door did not close all the way even when locked with both locks. Every outlet in the room was popped out and there was natts flying around in the room and on our food whenever we would be eating.

I didn't like that hotel they gave me at first was very dirty and towels where used and it stink and the sheets we're not clean.

Rooms were not clean bathrooms were the worst. The line in the office was filled with guest waiting to ask for towels and toiletries. Toiletries were sold in a vending machine which didn't sit well with guest. AC was not working I had to go to the nearest Walmart and purchase a fan to be comfortable enough to sleep.

The appearance of the property look dirty and they didn't clean the room was there for two nights second night no hot water

The check in staff specifically one gentleman who must live there cause same guy everyday I am handicap with amputation came to paint father to rest he has no compaction or feelings had 7 rooms and closed the pool down while we were there I guess are children were to loud playing in the pool mind you we were out of the pool by eight cause he said we were being noisey he was rude dude told us they didn’t have towels cleaned for previous days we used same two towels gave me a non handicap room when there were several so very hard for me to use toilets I went to public restrooms even took a two dollar handicap shower somewhere else it was so awful the staff were not only rude to me but are children as well but I still laid my father to rest so they didn’t get the benefit of that I just left without complaining while there was no hot water as well sorry my family wasn’t good enough fit this guy

Honestly this hotel has gone down severely. Our room did not feel or look the cleanest the smell of the room was not pleasant, the random hair in the shower and on the inside of the comforters on both beds. The many stains and smudges on the walls, the dusty curtains the shower curtain holding on for dear life. It all needs an upgrade. Shower was small but had great pressure and warmed up fast.
I did not take photos because I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but here I am.
Also the man at reception did his best with what he could offer to accommodate our one night stay.

other people stayig there , the tweeker ,x con just released types , busted cars and mechanics in the parking lot with their cars i would have been happy to pay more for a different hotel this place has really gone down hill since the new owernship iv been staying here many times in past years ..
