THE WORST MOTEL in Chula Vista.

The Customer service was absolutely RUDE!!!! The 2 HINDU guy's that work at the Front desk, /Lobby are Thieves for One! They Charge whatever they want to, when they want to.They ,the younger one even placed an 80.00 late fee for paying for an Extra night because he said check out time was at 11:00am, I explained to him that my sister was going to Cash app me 87.00, he said it's fine, then when I paid for the second night I got a late charge for 80.00 I went to complain about the late charge on my card and the FAT older Guy wanted to fight with me outside???? I don't think they should be working there at ALL!!!! I even called CORPORATE office to file a complaint about these two guys.I suggest people stay in another Motel, it's Ghetto!!!! Even the TV didn't work and they NEVER did anything about it, they said they were going to change my room but it NEVER happened,.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was hearing high heels, walking purposely loud, up and down the hallways from 11:30 pm to 4 am. Tells me some ladies were working the night. Then, someone is knocking on my door at 3:40 am. Must have got the wrong room number.

Cons:

Bedsheet/blanket had cigarette burns and mark. No amenities nor towels. AC is very loud.

Beds were very old and uncomfortable you could feel the springs in mattress towels were old and falling apart only received 2 pillows that were supper old also
