Pesimo servicio al cliente el individuo de la tarde noche un tipo tan déspota se creía el dueño mal encarado y grosero incluso se atrevió a decir que su trabajo no le importa y el hacia lo que que queria un tipo moreno alrededor de las 7 pm muy amargado ojalá lo despidan esa gente no debe estar enfrente de un mostrador dando ese tipo de actitud al cliente.

The smell, the vibes everything

We arrived late and they told us they were fully booked so they wanted to refund, leaving us at 11pm with nowhere to sleep in. Finally they found an available room for us to stay.

It was unsafe neighborhood, dirty smelly room, unhelpful staff. I did not stay. I LEFT

When we checked into the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The room had an unpleasant odor, the sheets appeared dirty, and we were surprised to find that the room was connected to another guest room by a very thin interior door. As soon as we walked in, we genuinely thought someone was already inside our room because we could clearly hear a television playing, only to realize it was coming from the neighboring room through the connecting door. We could also see light shining into our room from underneath the door, which made it obvious how little separation there was between the two rooms.

The lack of privacy was very concerning. We could hear conversations and other activity from the neighboring room, and the setup made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This room configuration was not disclosed to us before check-in, and we have never experienced anything similar at a hotel before. As a young woman traveling, safety and privacy is VERY important, and this arrangement did not make me feel secure in the slightest.

Due to these concerns, we immediately contacted the front desk to request either a different room or a refund. We were informed that a refund could be arranged the following morning if we reached out.

I didn’t likely that the rooms did not come equipped with a small fridge or microwave which is really inconvenient for us due to the fact that we are unhoused and was expecting to warm up some food and eat a hot meal and finally have some cold drinks in the fridge. Our food went bad because the ice wasn’t keeping it cool enough so that really sucked. We spent $150 worth of food and no it was cash not ebt. Which sucked even more because that money we have saved it for those two nights that we worked really hard to get.

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke and mildew

Dirty, room
Was dusty. Towels dirty with hair , no wash clothes or hand towels. I had to return the stirrup towels to office and asked for clean ones. Was given towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. There was no comforter on the bed; the fitted sheet wasn’t the right size, only one thin blanket and top with flat sheet . I had to ask for another blanket. The ac wasn’t working well,; I could smell fumes which made me cough constantly. I turn it off. Last the furniture was damaged

There wasn't anything I didn't like

No towels, no trash cans and a weird noise in restrooms that kept me awake all nights

Room I was in need of repairs…

Que lo puse para pagar en el establecimiento y aun así se lo cobraron de la tarjeta

El baño con. Pelos no tenían toallas ni jabón y tampoco tenía control
