The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very comfortable also.

Cons:

The policy changes that don't allow you to book the property through booking.com anymore. You will be charged at the property upon check-in even if you already paid for the room on Booking.com. The property is located next to a corner in a very rough area and neighborhood. Lots of unhoused individuals hang around the entrance. You don't get face towels or lotions and shampoo there because they have had continuous problems with individuals stealing towels and toiletries for a while now. Overall my ratings for this property and the likelihood of me returning for another stay, are not very high.

I like how there’s easy parking available.

Cons:

I did not like how the room smelled like pure cigarettes. They have signs that say no smoking inside the rooms but they have a strong cigarette smell. The bed sheet and everything in those rooms smell like cigarettes. Also my room did not have any towels and it took a whole day for them to get me towels.

Pros:

The toilet was inoperable it does not flush and I'm bleeding profusely and until I let one go down they just didn't have any more rooms she said hold on put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back never asking my room number never asked me my name never fix the problem so I didn't get an upgrade they didn't fix the problem and she continuously hung the phone up or not answered the other four times that I called I have the times document it

Cons:

Shady neighborhood. Drug deals going on all night in parking lot. 2 times fire alarms going off. No sleep, had to constantly check the window to see if our car was safe!
