Alles gut
Pros:

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr positiven Eindruck auf mich gemacht, auch wenn es etwas abgelegen ist. Bereits beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr große Badezimmer. Auch das Frühstück überzeugt: Die Auswahl ist vielfältig, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist.

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas abgelegene Lage.

Територія гарна.

Cons:

Ціна завищена однозначно! В номері плитка, дуже холодна, підлога нагрівається дуже довго, тапків одноразових немає. Сніданки нормальні, але дівчинка там поводить себе прискіпливо до туристів!!!

Rozczarowanie, niezadowolenie i oszukanie. Nie polecamy.

Cóż dokonałem rezerwacji 15.03 na 16.03 pokoju 2 os. do wyboru miałem pokój z dostępem do spa, który był droższy a naszą intencją było skorzystanie po przyjedzie ze spa i basenu i takiej oferty szukaliśmy. Po przyjeździe po godz. 18 otrzymaliśmy informacje że spa pracuje do godziny 18. Takiej informacji na profilu hotelu na bookingu nie było i nie było takiej informacji przy rezerwacji dedykowanego pokoju z dostępem do spa. Poczuliśmy sie rozczarowani i tak na prawde oszukani. Chcieliśmy spędzić wieczór w saunach i na basenie a tu okazało się że z winy hotelu jest to niemożliwe. Było zbyt późno na szukanie innego hotelu w okolicy więc zostaliśmy będąc rozczarowanymi i zniesmaczonymi. Zaproponowano nam po złożeniu reklamacji zwrot kwoty 60 zł/os za wstęp do spa. Nikt nie pomyślał o tym że zepsuto nam wieczór. Nie takiej rekompensaty oczekiwaliśmy, hotel tylko i wyłącznie deklaruje zwrot wstępu do spa a gdzie jest poszanowanie gości. Sam jestem hotelarzem prowadzę trzy obiekty na terenie Kudowy, Polanicy i Dusznik Zdrój i jestem w szoku jak można Gościa tak zlekceważyć. Kierownictwu hotelu wydaje sie że zwrot za wstęp do spa załatwi sprawę. Otóż NIE. A gdzie rekompensata za rozczarowanie, wprowadzenie w błąd ? Kompletny brak szacunku.
