Okay - wish i had paid more to stay elsewhere.
Pros:

It had a great location! Easily walkable to all the restaurant and shops.

Cons:

I chose this for the price point, but wish I had spent a little more to be honest. It was OKAY, nothing really nice about it. Nothing too bad. It was very dated and a little eerie.

When I checked out I also asked to borrow a towel so I could shower at the gym afterwards and before my flight. The hotel wouldn’t lend me a towel, despite saying I would pay a deposit and my suitcase was still at the hotel. A lot of back and forth and the answer was still no to the point the lovely reception staff went and purchased me a towel (i did insist i paid), so i don’t know who is managing this hotel but it’s very bizarre and seems inflexible with ‘rules’. To reiterate again, the receptionist was lovely!!

We loved our stay for the location and the easy access to many wonderful restaurants
Pros:

Had the breakfast once and enjoyed it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
We were treated like 5star guests.
The spar on the roof was very relaxing and a bonus

Cozy, Friendly and Affordable
Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. There was once my room was cleaned without being request. The mineral water bottle was replaced with extra 2 bottles. This could be due to the hot weather. The property is nearby to Kimberly Street with variety of street food. Suitable for vegetarians as well as I am vegetarian. Overall, it is a highly recommended property for all types of travelers. The desk was just nice for me to do my assignments.

Gute Lage. Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse.
Großes Bad

Cons:

Whirlpool könnte sauberer sein. Männliches Personal respektlos gegenüber weiblichen Gästen. Zimmer sehr klein. Beleuchtung im Bad nicht gut. Sehr hellhörig

OK but do not think it will meet your dreams
Pros:

The room was decent size and all was clean enough

Cons:

They did not make up my bed and re-supply water and clean towels. I was out all day and when I asked them they said I have to tell them to clean my room, they do not auto do it. Frustrating

If you lose your room card key, they charge you RM 50. I did not lose mine, but do not like these little nitpicking charges
