Pros:

The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, and the communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to London, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

On arrival the staff were welcoming. Extra chairs were provided on request. I felt really comfortable and looked after

Great location, parking is 10/10
Pros:

Loved the secure carpark and the balcony but no furniture on the balcony so had to take a chair outside and the location of rhe appartment was spot on for me and near tube station too

Cons:

The drains smelt bad, not much going on in the kitchen for cooking etc, no salt or even pepper and under the sink all the dishwasher tablets were stick together and needed a really good clean all over the appartment

Cons:

Our stay was great. A few things would have helped. The main bedroom needs black out curtains. There’s a bright floodlight just outside which meant the bedroom was brightly lit all night despite the blinds.
Some coat hooks in the corridor would be useful, and kitchen utensils such as cereal dishes, scissors, oven proof dishes etc.
