The accomodations, free parking and location were great for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a good amount of options. The Inn's central location was wonderful and convenient. Having free parking was a plus as we would not have been able to come and go at will if we had used the paid street parking or parking garage. The staff was polite and accommodating.

Cons:

The family above us walked like they were wearing lead boots, and paced around for hours on end. Not sure if they were just loud, or if there was not enough of a sound barrier. Bathroom was nice at some point in the past, but now very worn (mostly the vanity). The maid service needs to clean the floors when the turn down beds. At least sweep as a courtesy.

We had an awesome quick but wonderful stay at the Bayfront hotel. I
Pros:

Loved the downtown location! It was so clean, beautiful floors, updated and comfortable beds! Nice breakfast to get you going for the day!

Cons:

Bathroom shower faucet could have been updated but I get the rustic theme! Worked perfectly.

Overnight in St Augustine
Pros:

Location was absolutely great. Right in the middle of things.
Check in easy and let us in early.
Room ok. Bit dark and had a strange smell.
Bed ok
Facilities good.
Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Room dark.
Looked a bit dated but everything worked ok.

Fab location, breakfast, $ & free parking
Pros:

The ladies that worked the FD were great, solving a booking error on our part. Super clean, great AC in the heat, microwave in lobby for guest use. B’fast is omelettes with cheese, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits, danish, ETC & until 9:30! From 5-6 there is different cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, olives. Chocolate chip cookies too at times. So nice to take this plate to our room & eat in the chairs outside with the view. There is also free bottled water in the frig in the lobby (also 2 in your mini frig). Bathroom has 2 bars of soap, bottles of shampoo, conditioner & lotion. It is literally NEXT door to Marion motor lodge but there is FREE parking here & can arrive early & checkout late with it!
They even put out more b’fast when ppl were coming in at 9:20! Location is great!!
