Pessimo non lo consiglio
Pros:

Posizione e parcheggio

Cons:

Pulizia inesistente, camera sporca, bagno sporco, puzza nauseante di muffa ,aria condizionata molto rumorosa , acqua del rubinetto del bagno con sapore di fogna ( assolutamente non potabile).
Colazione inguardabile, triste come tutto il resto

Convenient to everything
Pros:

We liked that breakfast was cooked for us everyday by Jake who went above and beyond in making our breakfast for us. Jake was exceptional in the way he interacted with the guests,he was personable and couldn’t be more courteous and helpful. Also the housekeepers were excellent, cleaned our rooms early so when we got back from sightseeing we always had a clean room but also fresh towels etc.

Cons:

The pool had black mold on the tile walls of the pool, we told the front desk who told us they had called the pool maintenance people who were going to take care of the problem.

Very good.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean room and responsible, courteous staff.

Cons:

I used the ironing board, but was unable to close the board after. Not a big issue but the ironing board was also dusty underneath when I opened it up.

Thrilled we were leaving after 1 night
Cons:

Old, bad smell, terrible breakfast. AC in room very loud. Terrible WiFi and television options, expensive and it is not clear why considering how unappealing the accommodations are.

Loved the hotel, staff, and location.
Pros:

We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

We came back to our room after being out a few hours and our air conditioner was not cooling properly. They immediately over us to another room.

Great value and perfect location to see downtown St. Augustine. Very nice and clean rooms!
Pros:

The room was very nice newly renovated and very clean! We enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was fine, we came in late so not much left but the attendant offered to cook us more things. So nice and kind.

Cons:

I am very happy with the room it was a great price and great location right near downtown. We will definitely stay there again! The only complaint I had was there was an older smell in the lobby. But it’s an older inn. The rooms did not smell that way

Pros:

The locale on the edge of the historic district makes for a nice walk to several sights and galleries. The intercoastal view and breeze always a pleasure.

Cons:

Really no complaints, but a clock, and a small microwave in the room would definitely be a plus.

Loved the staff - friendly and welcoming
Loved the location - 1 minute to the trolley stop, 5 minutes to George Street and right across to the marina
Loved how clean it was - spotless!!
Great breakfast, parking and lovely seating area to enjoy the view.
