Pros:

When I checked in the male associate was polite n knowledge about the property and very friendly.

Cons:

Whn I was checking out the assorted lady was rude,condescending n won't help me check out early cause I booked from a third party app.

Pros:

the hotel staff were very attentive and professional. The maids made sure that our room stayed clean and were very helpful overall. Any issues were addressed immediately without further issues.

Cons:

the prices should be discounted more then 10% especially when you stay two or three weeks. I got an email stated the longer I stay id receive 20% or 35% off but the prices never changed from the 10%. besides that no issues.

Easy & convienent. Worth the price
Pros:

I loved how spacious it was and clean. For the area this is a steal.

Cons:

It’s a little chaotic, and there is a lot of homeless & crazy people around, but as long as you mind your business you should be fine. Staff at the front desk could be more happy but I understand because of the area.

Clean, well located & affordable Vegas hotel
Pros:

I came in to Vegas for the Stanley Cup game 6. My main goal was to find a very inexpensive place to lay my head, that was close to the MGM. This hotel met my needs.

This hotel is a bare bones (bring your own toothpaste & shampoo!), clean & well located hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Hot shower. Two blocks from the strip. They also have a security guy on the property, which I liked, as I came in at night & was initially a little concerned about it being a safe hotel (female traveling alone).

My one night stay was just fine. There was no loud noise overnight & I had no concerns.

Check in was smooth & the front desk guy was friendly.

As others have mentioned, there was a small convenience store right next store (I didn’t go in).

Cons:

I have no complaints. Don’t expect this motel 6 to be similar to the bougie strip hotels & you will be fine.
