Pros:

Amazing location and staff were super helpful. We had a super noisy neighbour and when we complained they were super quick to get it sorted

Cons:

You could feel the springs in the mattress, which given we were in a disability room as my partner is a wheelchair user wasn't ideal. We worked around it by borrowing blankets feom housekeeping to pad his side more. Also we really wanted to do washing but couldn't. The place uses an independent service run by an app however wouldn't recognize our nz card stating it was attempted fraud

A great value hotel, great if you’re on a budget but nobody’s first choice.
Pros:

It was a good price in an excellent location. The line to check in took a very long time (over a half hour with three groups in front of us). The room was exactly as I expected, not great, not bad though by any means. Overall, I’d consider booking here again.

Cons:

Line times, lack of amenities provided.
