Poor property management. No booking cancellations allowed by property management.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Property maintenance and room cleaning needs attention. A lot of field workers say at property and spend a lot of time on hall ways with rooms door open. Looks unsafe to pass by halls. I booked for six people and no extra bed was provided.

Worst hotel experience

Cons:

There was nothing that I liked. I was charged a higher rate for a room with a fridge and microwave but didnt get a room with either. The first room I was given still had people in it. There were drugs on the bed, empty beer cans and trash. The second room I got because the first was taken was not cleaned well. The toilet ran all night, the shower was broken, the tv remote was missing batteries so no tv, and when we asked the front desk for pillows we were met with hesitance and frustration. Will never stay here again.

La habitación olía mucho a humo de cigarro, no me quedé ni 10 minutos, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel en ese momento, había mucho ruido de niños que no se puede descansar y las toallas estaban manchadas

The Pool

Overpiced! Staff not welcoming...
HOMELESS sleeping/living/ camping out in the shadow of the property and at the bus stop in the very convenient shopping center. Motel 6 San Luis Obispo much better maintained even during renovations and was friendler, more comfortable and even the tiny pool was much more relaxing.
