Cons:

The air conditioning leaked all night the floor was covered with water my suitcase got trashed. The faucet in the bath was not attached properly to the sink so it moved everywhere and got me wet when I turned it on.When we were checking in another lady said her floor had water all over it so it’s obviously a problem.

Location was decent.

Cons:

Rooms were poorly kept. No toilet paper in room. No towels in room. Had to get key reset 3 times before complete lock out.
Then had to change rooms.
Air condition very noisy.
People always blocking the second floor walk way with chairs and smoking outside of rooms.

If all you need is to sleep, it's OK.
Just don't spend much time in the room or count on the help from hotel staff.

Location was able to walk to beach and around the area

Cons:

no refrigerator or microwave, also room 241 didn’t even have night stand, sheets had stains. Clearly say no smoking but people smoking everywhere especially front of rooms, garage cans outside full

I book a month in advance the girl working the desk was overwhelmed and complaining about the job and duty and 1HOUR 30 MINUTES LATER, after my arrival she said she had 2 check the room out first but I got confirmation on Friday night saying they was ready 4 my arrival!!!I had a handy cap room with no fright or microwave and they was out of coffee so what they did offer there was nothing....room smelled like pure bleach ....the bath tub had a wurnout hole in the fiberglass was worried about the kids falling threw it!!! Oh!! No TOWEL IN THE ROOM JUST HAND TOWELS....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!POOL WAS OVERDUE 4 A CLEANING MILDEW AND SLIMMY.....???SHE OFFERED A UPGRADED ROOM BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER .....SHE WANTED MORE MONEY 4 IT!! I TURNED HER DOWN,TOOK THE ROOM AS IS....

Terrible would not recommend
Pros:

Rooms were dirty and roaches.The floor was watered down . They claimed it had been cleaned We would not recommend. The patrons were smoking marijuana and drinking in walkways. The steps and outside were filthy. We went and bought blankets to sleep on.

Not the best ,but not the worst, either.

Had to mop up
The entire floor due to condensation and A/C not being cold enough,, with towels. As instructed by the front desk. Asked 2 times for additional towels. None arrived. Finallly went and got them myself. Next day I asked again and was told be right there, never arrived.
No coffee maker in room. No shampoo or conditioner or lotion.
