Motel 6 cocoa beach

Convenient parking

Cons:

Given the wrong room when we checked in, it was double beds, filthy, the floors were nasty they haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. That room. Also did t have a refrigerator or microwave; which was listed to be there. The person that checked us in the proceeded to tell us that we picked the wrong room!! I picked a queen with 2 beds, refrigerator, and microwave. She still told me that Booking.com had made a mistake. We went in the room that she "upgraded us to" it was also dirty. The floors turned my socks black. The microwave was so nasty, it hadn't been cleaned in a long while either. We stayed that night but checked out after 1 night stay. There was an issues of a man hitting and trying to choke his girlfriend, she was running ans screaming outside our room at 6:30am!! The police came out. They have local people living in this motel and we didnt feel safe anymore. Our room door would barely close.

Pros:

the room was large and open. Parking was ample and safe. Other guests checking in made the process uncomfortable. Nothing about the facility except the clientele. Great location next door to Waffle House

Cons:

Current clientele is a challenge. Bed was totally uncomfortable.

We liked the location and that there were places close by to eat.

Cons:

That there was trash everywhere in the walkways and that the doors were very hard to close and lock. It does need some upgrades.

It was clean , efficient and a good place if you just need to rest your eyes.

Room was very clean, beach super close by, the staff is extremely hospitable

Cons:

The beds could use an upgrade, super springy and uncomfortable. Also the lights above the bed are in an aweful position . constantly hitting your head on them because they're right above the bed. And the dryers SUCK
