Motel 6-Cocoa Beach, FL

The room stunk it wasn't clean our feet were black from the floor the pool was empty and there was nothing but beds and a TV in the rooms. They don't even give you shampoo I'll never stay here again and it was $357 for 2 nights.

The property pool was not open was very filthy. Around the property. The door was not safe. It wasn’t a tight fit when it was closed.you could put a card to open it unsafe for family stay.

The pool was closed and it was not on the conditions described by the picture. It had almost no water, really dirty with a foul smell coming of it. The staff didn’t seem to care about that fact either. Front desk was always empty and you had to go look for someone and beg them to help you. I would like to request a refund since the posting is completely deceitful to what the stay actually is.

The pool had a little water and it was green, My room only had one wash cloth and three towels!

That they lied and said I had booked incorrectly when they had given my room away. I paid extra for a refrigerator and microwave and they gave me room without and said it was my responsibility to buy a cooler or leave. Could hardly ever find anyone at the front desk. Phone didn't work in room so couldn't contact management that way and if you called the number no one answered. Tub drain backed up. If you stepped in the center of tub it felt like you could fall through. Our nonsmoking room had cigarette burns in the comforter and reaked of smoke. Didn't have enough towels for multiple customers. Key stopped working the second day.

The pool was half full of green water. And the room was connected to another room

First room they gave us had a shower with the faucets, spout and shower head laying in the tub. Gave us a new room. It smelled musty. Very old and dated. No coffee maker. Had to ask at front desk for shampoo etc. One little bar of soap in the room. The swimming pool was closed and half filled with green water.

The whole reason I booked a hotel was for the pool. Upon arriving and getting everything into the room and kids ready, we walked down to find the pool was not working. Immediately called to get a refund as that was the ONLY reason we booked a hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I should’ve known when I was checking in when there was several other unhappy customers asking for refunds. I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll start with the staff not even being present at the lobby. The condition of this hotel, I’m surprised this place is still open. I know it’s budget friendly, but this place was absolutely horrendous. The pool was half filled with water and completely green. Half of the hotel was marked off with caution, tape the pictures on the website look nothing like the pictures of the actual rooms. All the furniture in our room was chipped and broken. The AC was leaking everywhere. We had no hot water. As soon as I saw my room I asked for a refund the hotel manager would not give me a refund saying that my room was nonrefundable. I called Motel 6 customer service and they put me on hold while they called the hotel to try to talk to the manager. I was sitting in the lobby and I could hear the phone ringing, but of course, the hotel manager was nowhere to be found. They tried calling three times to talk to her and when they finally got to talk to her she just said that my room was nonrefundable. I told them I was not saying that I’m checking out and I asked for a receipt to confirm my checkout time and of course like everything else in the hotel the printer wasn’t working. She said she would email me confirmation of my checkout, which I never got. Stay far far away from this hotel.
