I was so happy to find a clean, non smoking room unlike most motel 6, this one is exceptional. I need A VIP because this will be my home every time I travel that side. I slept like a baby
I had no issues
Very simple and basic.
The hot water was very sporadic.
Its location and its price, plus there’s no charge or deposit for pets.
Smelled of mildew, could have used a cost of paint, but seemed to be clean, and was not uncomfortable.
The price was great but not after i found out there was no heat nor any hot water. Was very dissappointed.

The rooms where super clean updated everything was brand new
The front desk Angel. Was on his phone sitting in a chair. Didn't even know the policy on early check in. I was told we couldn't do earlycheck in . Had to go back to booking online to change it. Which made no sense. . Also he had a door dash delivery come. So unprofessional.
The property was easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There was nonstop construction going on all around me the workers were yelling to each other in front of my door at 6 am. So, not restful.
I was happy the property was able to take me last minute for a couple of hours but almost $200 for a room whose floors look dirty and smell strongly of Pine-Sol. This rate was ridiculous.
The rooms smelled like cigarettes and everything is so old. It looks dirty, even though it was wiped down and clean
Booked a room on Booking.com, but the guy made me wait 20 minutes telling me I might not have a room. This was a serious inconvenience while traveling in the middle of the night and needing to just lay my head down and rest to check in was not easy, but it was late at night so that’s understandable. For the price of the rooms were absolutely atrocious. But to be expected from a motel six. Living up to its own standard. The sheets were clean, but the floors and everything else were disgusting.

The sower head was installed improperly and then ac did not work
The room had a nice modern style renovation. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Bonus for having good quality toilet paper. :)
They should add a small shelf to put toiletry such as soap, shampoo/conditioner in the shower.
