Pros:

The jacuzzi in location the personal is good

Cons:

The sensor wasn't working and I was assigned to the second floor, and my husband and I can't climb stairs for health reasons; I would have preferred to go to the lower area.

I needed a place to stay, it was a shoddy motel, overflowing with marginalized people.
Pros:

It was the only hotel left. Friendly hostess.

Cons:

Nobody in the office. They were in their swimsuit in the sauna with 12 other people. I had to come out and ask if anyone worked there. Key card didn’t work. Was occupied by a greater number of unhoused people than travelers.

It worked but not quite what I was hoping for. Couldn’t even get the coffee they mentioned.

Cons:

There were a lot of crazy homeless in area, very rarely saw a front desk person so had no one to ask questions of. Room was extremely tiny. There was no amenities like free bottles of shampoo or conditioner was not expecting that. Couldn’t get coffee either as every time I went to office for the coffee there was none and no front desk person.

Though it was a bit pricey for one night, we slept comfortably.
Pros:

Beds were ok to sleep on. Swimming pool so my child was able to enjoy it. The pool was not accessible with key. Someone from the office had to come open it.

Cons:

There was hair strands left on the bedsheets. This gives the illusion that the beds are not properly cleaned or cared for. Some areas of the room were dusty and not cleaned.

Traumatizing.
Pros:

Nothing absolutely awful experience.

Cons:

For starters there was no one at the location. We had to talk to someone on a screen which was extremely difficult to understand. Checking in toke about 2 hours. Just to find out our room only had one bed instead of two how I had booked online. When trying to get it fixed all of a sudden they were out of double rooms. When we wanted to get another room and asked for a discount for the inconvenience all of a sudden they were out of rooms. The absolutely worst most awful stressful experience I’ve had. Left me traumatized. To top it off we had to step over homeless to get to our room. Which we heard all night. This experience made me not want to stay in hotels ever again.

Nice place to stay, a place I would refer friends to stay.

A lot of stuff going on late at night or morning should I say, but for the most part there wasn’t much I didn’t like.
