The property just seemed super old and outdated except for the virtual assistant but other than would probably not recom

Nothing about this place

Cons:

Staff not at front desk. Reservation was useless and pointless to do hours ahead of time. Nothing about a reservation was accommodated. Asking for specific accommodations was pointless. Kiosk check-in was Long and frustrating, because the person who in the kiosk screen was rude and didn't really know what they were doing. Checking in took 45 minutes to get done. Wish I wouldn't have used my points and money for the other room I paid for. A waste of time, money and points honestly.

Cons:

Everything a/c didn't work, staff not present at front desk. Kiosk check in was very long. Person on kiosk screen was very unprofessional. Why make a reservation for a room in advance if they don't reserve it. Asked for downstairs and I got upstairs room and reservation was useless. Staff not being present at all is not a good thing for a business. Room front door's were very unsafe and you could see through the door frame. Uncomfortable stay with feeling unsafe to sleep because of the doors. No one to present for checking out. So I just left without being able to check out properly. Unfortunately spending money was a regret. Using my points was a regret. I think all motel 6 are like this. From my experience at several Motel 6 locations. I will not ever stay at another motel 6. Dirty room's nothing works properly and staff is rude ir non-existent.
