in generally the property was nice except the breakfast which I can confidently rate below average. the food they provided was very poor not international standard.
Food, Poor communication of the staff. sometimes they seems that they are under stress which affect the mood of the guests in the hotel.

La rénovation de l'hôtel est très réussie. J'aime l'ambiance et le style de cet hôtel.
Nous avons eu une belle chambre mais dont les fenêtres donnaient sur un pressing de nuit ou une autres activités commerciales. Bref, le bruit des motos durant toute la nuit. C'est inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette qualité et dont la principale mission est avant tout le sommeil des clients. Très très mécontent de ce séjour dommage...
10/10 for sure! This hotel, the staff, rooms, food, pool, ambiance were so amazing!! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would refer friends to stay here also. The staff were so accommodating, they helped my daughter check in early, and arranged for our rooms to be next to each other. The breakfast was delicious every day and accommodated food allergies. One of my kids said upon leaving “I wish I could live here!”

L'entrée avec le banyan tree dans une impasse à l'écart du bruit est très reposant, le lobby de l'hôtel et son jardin vertical sont magnifiques. Le confort des chambres, la literie, les équipements, la salle de bain, les matériaux, tout est d'une très grande qualité, designé avec beaucoup de soin. Le petit dej est exceptionnel, le service est vraiment très soigné. L'espace piscine est si calme, paisible, avec l'impression d'un jardin tropical tout autour, la piscine n'est pas chlorée et très agréable.
L'hôtel est à 10 min d'une station de BTS et ils ont un tuktuk pour nous emmener au bout de la rue.
Rien à part peut-être l'avenue parallèle derrière qui n'est pas du meilleure goût
