Lovely place with wonderful staff in the middle of town
Pros:

Beautiful setting in the middle of town with lush greenery around. Wonderful lovely and helpful staff. Comfortable king size bed and good shower. Dehumanizer that kept room comfy. Within walking distance from sky train

Pros:

Location is hidden a few streets away from the hustle and bustle of sukemvit road. Clean, and very friendly staff and morning buffet was excellent.
We had the mixology experience at the bar adjacent to the entry which was fun. Moz was amazing, very engaging, and knowledgeable. However, worst tasting cocktails I’ve ever had! And the prices were overpriced for the quality

Great hotel, but needs to protect privacy of guests.

This is the best hotel in Bangkok. It has the best breakfast in Bangkok. And the best staff in Bangkok. I love the property, the style, the professional attention. I have been coming for more than 4 years now. 🥰

Cons:

You need to protect better the privacy of guests. At the pool, some guests (Ig addicts) take pictures and videos continuously with no respect to the other people around them. I do regret this. We don need to have videos of myself on swimwear taken by standees. You can forbid taking videos and p toes at the pool, the same way you forbid smoking weed. Thai is also very distorting to people!

We went for medical stuff - right next to Bumingrad Hospital.
Great food.
F&B staff are great. Housekeeping too. F

Cons:

Too many stairs!!!!
Scamming porters with taxis.
Poor English on front desk staff.
Minu bar design is ridiculous. Can reach plugs. Can’t access kettle. Just horrible.
