Pros:

I have been going to Palm Beach Hotel for many years. Super friendly staff and great location. Pantai Jerman is great, close to the airport and perfect for getting boats to surf the reef . Lots of great restaurants in the area and Lippo mall for any of your shopping needs 😄

Conveniently located from the airport. Good facilities and kind staff.
Pros:

Very nicely located within walking distance from the airport. Quiet and serene little park with AC cooled rooms. Porters will bring your luggage to your room.

Palm beach is in the slightly quieter part of Kuta but it has everything need, Pool, Spa & restauran

Resort muy barato pero con muchos contras

Que es muy barato.

La localización ya que está cerca del aeropuerto.
También está a 1 minuto de la playa.

También me gustó los jardines que tiene, donde tienen situado el restaurante y sobre todo la piscina.

Cons:

No me gustó que tuviera basura por los pasillos y los jardines.

Tanto platos de comida como botellines de cerveza en varios sitios del resort.

Tampoco me gustó tener que subir a un tercero por las escaleras sin que haya un ascensor , por tener que subir o bajar las maletas.

Tampoco me gustó el olor que sale del baño a tubería, y a su vez que tengan la ducha sin separar del resto del baño ya que el agua no drenaba bien por el sumidero y parecía una piscina el baño.

Tampoco me gustó el colchón ya que se nota que tiene muchos años y está desgastado.

Necesita urgentemente una reforma en las habitaciones.

También las toallas que tenían para la piscina en la cubeta de toallas limpias, encontré varias sucias con manchas .

Las sábanas también tenían manchas.
