Pros:

Our room was on top floor, spacious and clean with a great view over the pool area. Great sitting out on the balcony of an evening just chilling. No lifts so there are flights of stairs to climb. This is our 5th stay here and we love the location close to German beach and a short walk to Lido mall and the main street. Due to being off peak season it was reasonably quieter and the staff are really lovely. We chose a deluxe room with breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was not inspiring nor much variety however its self serve and sufficient. The resort could do with refreshing - there are damaged and broken tiles in the pool, our bathroom towels had a strong bleach smell and the bathroom could do with some attention.
Although the rooms are serviced daily we were given only 1 x iced tea and 1 x coffee 3in1 sachet daily. Each loaded with sugar Water is now bottled and empties are replaced daily.

Pleasant and felt very homely. It was quiet and peaceful

Pros:

The greenery around the hotel, the size of the room, the location very close to the airport and beach, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Also, short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and other markets

When we got there, there was no hot water in our bathrooms. We informed the front office and they moved us to other upgraded rooms immediately.
