Pros:

The Deluxe room is spacious, with large king size bed and canopy and balcony overlooking the pool. Daily servicing and 2 x water bottles each day. Great location across from German beach. Relaxing pool area.lovely staff. Beautiful gardens.

Cons:

The air-conditioning is located above the doorway and doesn't effectively cool the entire room. The bathrooms are in need of updating. No shower curtain or screen so water splashes everywhere. Only given bath towels, no hand towels. Best to bring your own toiletries. Breakfast is ok - limited options and rather uninspiring. Tea and coffee are 1 x satchet of premix coffee, creamer and sugar, plus 1 x sugared ice tea.
