Overall, a pretty good stay for me as a solo traveler. I was pretty surprised at how giant the room was considering the low price point. The bed was also pretty comfortable. The only downside was the AC was quite weak.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the rooms were lovely and clean. It’s an excellent price and in a good location, very quiet, we slept really well. The owner was lovely, you can do your own laundry there and he even gave us some lychees!

Friendly staff and nice big room with big fridge and comfortable bed. In Sathon near to bus routes but a bit of a walk away from the MRT and BTS. Good value for money.

It is clean tidy and good location

Home comfort on quiet side street. Walking distance to mall, BTS train, restaurants, convenience stores. Japanese style apartments with western beds.

Room is spacious and quiet. Staff is helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Lumpini Station.

The only problem was the shower head fixture was loose on the wall,it needs to be tightened.

Spacious room, excellent amenities, room was very clean, check in was smooth & convenient parking lot.

服務很好，交通方面都是轎叫車居多，離MRT走路需15分鐘左右.7-11附近蠻多間。吃的半夜還有幾攤攤販可以買。就洗澡困難。熱水非常不穩。忽冷忽熱。冷到會打顫。熱到脫皮

今回、初めてこちらを利用しました。
ホテルは大通りから奥に入った場所なので、やや分かりづらいかもしれません。バーンカニタやマリオットホテルを目印にするといいと思います。
部屋は二階の102号室。一番安い部屋でしたが、ひとり旅には十分過ぎる広さでした。
鍵がオートロックではなく昔風なので、締め忘れに注意が必要です。外出時は内側のノブのボタンを押して閉めるとロックされます。
電子レンジと大きな冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポットがあるのは大変便利でした。ベランダがないので、洗濯物はバスルームかキッチンの窓のカーテンレールに掛けて干していました。
スリッパやコンディショナー、カミソリや歯ブラシはありませんので、必要な方は用意する必要があります。また、バスルームの換気扇を回すと、なぜか異臭が浴室内に充満してしまう為、最小限しか使わないようにしていました。部屋の位置によるのかもしれません。
リビングと寝室にある日本人形はやや不気味でしたが慣れました。玄関にはダルマもいました。
天井のエアコン送風口から水がたれてくる事が数回あったので、下にバスタオルを敷いていました。
一度ベッドメイクが中途半端に終わっていたのが残念でした。（バスルームのゴミの回収やアメニティの補充、タオル交換がされていなかった）
部屋に頑丈な金庫がありましたが、鍵が壊れていて使えませんでした。
微妙な点もありましたが、値段と部屋の広さ、全体的な使いやすさでいうととてもコスパのいいホテルです。
BTS.MRTどちらの駅へも10分以上歩きます。私はホテル近くのバス停から路線バスやソンテウを利用しました。ソンテウ1240番は本数も多く、シーロム駅の入り口で止まるので便利でした。一人で8バーツです。

the lady at the front desk is too busy with computer and dont
have time answer inquiries. she only give short answers. they never inform us about available breakfast while i asked them where to eat nearby.
the room is good tho.

Everything good - staff helpful, room clean. Safe deposit box no key but that was resolved by end of first day.

엘리베이터가 없어서 불편함. 침대 상태가 너무 안좋음. 깨끗한 편이긴 하나 어둡고 바닥에 턱이 있어 넘어지기 쉬움.

Gostei bastante! Custo x benefício excelente. Muito espaço, banheiro bom, cama boa e a localização é ótima também. Fica numa espécie de beco, mas não há perigo algum. Além disso, anoite tem um "segurança" lah muito simpático que acompanha na saída e entrada do local. Além disso o local é silencioso. Havia uma obra ao lado quando ficamos lah e tinha um certo barulho de manhã, mas no geral é tranquilo. Tem uma pequena cozinha dentro do quarto (é uma espécie de pequeno ap) que facilita pra quem gosta de fazer lanche, tomar chá, etc. Tem tudo, menos fogão. Se tivesse uma torradeira, aí seria top..hehe.

Obs: Nos colocaram num quarto que a cama era literalmente horrível, devia ter uns 30 anos. Pedimos pra trocar e no quarto novo a cama era ótima.

You won’t find many other options at this price point that are so clean and comfortable. Every thing works. A special decor make this my new “go to” spot in Sathorn.

I have used this hotel on a few occasions now. Very convenient for the embassy district. Located within walking distance of Lumpini Park. Pleasantly decorated in a Japanese style, the rooms are clean and have all necessary facilities. Fridge, TV, water heater.
