Pros:

Fantastisch hotel, kleinschalig en heerlijk rustig. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Alles was heel schoon. Het zwembad was heerlijk en altijd voldoende ligbedden. Het ontbijt is typisch Italiaans, vrij simpel, maar wel lekker. Voldoende parkeermogelijkheid. Als je aan komt, niet linksaf naar receptie, maar een stukje verder linksaf, dan kom je op de parkeerplaats. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!

Soddisfacente in tutto , colazione e cena abbondante , la qualità può essere migliorata . Gentilissimo tutto lo staff , l’unica nota triste è stata sentire lo chef che si lamentava perché abbiamo chiesto altre uova a colazione . Bellissima la piscina e gentilissimi sia il bagnino che il ragazzo al bar . Molto pulito sia negli spazi esterni che interni .

Pros:

Hotel situato a Santa Cesarea Terme collegato bene con i paesi limitrofi come Otranto e Castro . Accogliente e curato, con uno staff sempre sorridente ,gentile e disponibile .Piscina spettacolare per rilassarsi tutta la giornata. Colazione abbondante dal dolce al salato per soddisfare tutti i palati. Cena dal buffet al dolce tutto cucinato alla perfezione . Complimenti allo “Chef” che con la sua esperienza ci ha deliziato con le sue pietanze

Le camere un pó datate, in particolare la nostra trovandosi al piano inferiore rispetto all’ingresso e non avendo neanche un piccolo spazio esterno era un pó claustrofobica, la colazione un pó scarsa

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La piscina è un valore aggiunto, ideale per rilassarsi, mentre la cucina è davvero di ottima qualità, con piatti curati e gustosi. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente.

Repas du soir très copieux, très bonnes entrées mais les plats sont beaucoup trop salés.
Le personnel est très compétent.
L'hôtel est à environ 1 ou 2 kilomètres de la côte mais éloigné des plages

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, il Direttore sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e rispondere a qualunque domanda! Ottima e abbondante colazione, ricca di dolci e salato! Se si opta di cenare in hotel il cibo è ottimo! Direi persino troppo (consiglierei al direttore di ridurre gli antipasti, troppo abbondanti da sentirsi pieno solo con essi, non riuscendo poi a gustare primo e secondo!)
Magnifica piscina arredata da sdraio e ombrelloni dove poter rilassarsi. Molti spazi all'aperto dove si può leggere e riposare in tutta tranquillità. Spazioso e sicuro parcheggio per chi si reca in auto
