Appartement bien situé pour visiter bellagio
Pros:

L’appartement est grand, bien équipé et bien situé
Les hôtes sont accueillants

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend énormément les voisins et l’extérieur (simple vitrage)
Le sommier est à changer, certaines lattes sont cassées. Mais le matelas est confortable

Séjour agréable
Pros:

L’appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre de Bellagio. La possibilité de garer son véhicule est un vrai plus. La maison est agréable, et le jardin bien entretenu dans un quartier calme avec une jolie vue sur le lac.
L’arrivée flexible est agréable, il est possible d’arriver tard avec une arrivée autonome. Andrea a été réactif dans les messages et sympathique.

Cons:

Il est dommage de manquer de certains équipements de base quand on loge dans un appartement. L’absence de sel, huile, condiments de base est regrettable. Ce n’est pas normal aussi d’avoir à demander du papier toilette et du gel douche même si Andrea a très vite résolu ce problème. L’isolation est mauvaise, on entend les voisins à chaque sortie.

Pros:

Największym atutem tego miejsca jest czystość – wszystko było bardzo zadbane i przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Na miejscu znaleźliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas pobytu, a właściciel okazał się niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy.

Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że dojście do domku prowadzi po schodach, co przy temperaturach przekraczających 30°C może być nieco wymagające. Na szczęście można dojechać samochodem, a wysiłek wynagradza przepiękny widok z okna.

W okolicy znajdują się sklepy, a szczególnie polecamy Oksigma – oferuje większy wybór produktów niż Migross. Jedyną rzeczą, której nam brakowało, była klimatyzacja. Gdyby była dostępna, standard obiektu byłby naprawdę ponadprzeciętny, choć zapewne wiązałoby się to również z wyższą ceną.

Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z czystym sumieniem polecamy to miejsce.

Pros:

L'emplacement si l’on ne craint pas les escaliers. Le jardin est agréable. Pouvoir garer sa voiture dans la propriété.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Bellagio fahren. Es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Lage war ein Traum und es war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Leider war im Bad Schimmel oben an der Decke ansonsten war alles perfekt

Very handy for the town of Bellagio, nice views, pizza restaurant nearby, ability to prepare food in the kitchen, access to an iron and ironing board.

Cons:

It's a bit of a walk from Bellagio if you have a suitcase, and there weren't any taxis around (we got the boat from Como to Bellagio). Google takes you up some cobbled steps, though there is an easier route along the road. However, there is a carpark for those who are driving. It was rainy a couple of the days, and the room was quite cold. If the weather had been better, we could have enjoyed the garden area and the chairs to sit out, which looked great.

Very clean, spacious and private

Cons:

Not really a dislike but the steps to the apartment are tough and there is minimal transportation in Bellagio in general to accommodate lifts to and from the town centre so be prepared for a brave climb especially with luggage - however on a good day views are breathtaking

Espacioso y hermosa vista al lago
Pros:

La vista desde la ventana, la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento con buena calefacción.

Cons:

Subir desde el centro de la ciudad caminando son 15 minutos pero al menos 8 son por escaleras empinadas. No es para personas mayores o con problema de movilidad. Hay parking pago en la orilla del lago.
