Great location for what we wanted. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, and incredibly kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One thing that really stood out was when we had to leave in the middle of the night to catch our bus. Without us even asking, they arranged for someone to escort us to the bus station so we would feel safe and comfortable. We really appreciated such a thoughtful gesture.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

SGRのターミナス駅へは距離があり不便ですが、ナイロビ中央駅を上手く活用すれば問題ないです。
周囲にショッピングセンターもあるので、買い物に困りません。
１階のレストランは道路に面していて、気持ちよく食事ができました。
設備は古く、部屋は明るくありません。
道路側の部屋ではなかったので静かでしたが、部屋の位置には注意が必要です。
シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上待つ必要がありました。根気強く待ちましょう。
It is central, close to bus terminus’s so you can arrive by bus and walk to the hotel!
A bit noisy early evening but gets quieter later on
Work on your toilets and hot shower. The toilets could fall apart and the hot water was not available. Also there were lots of cockroach in the room
