For the price you get a LOT.
Pros:

Room nicely decorated and arranged. Bathroom spacious. Breakfast good. Staff very friendly. Restaurand and bar very good. Very good "value-for-money"!

Neighborhood at the front is a little noisy/crowded.

ナイロビCBDにあり、何かと便利な立地です。
SGRのターミナス駅へは距離があり不便ですが、ナイロビ中央駅を上手く活用すれば問題ないです。
周囲にショッピングセンターもあるので、買い物に困りません。
１階のレストランは道路に面していて、気持ちよく食事ができました。

Cons:

設備は古く、部屋は明るくありません。
道路側の部屋ではなかったので静かでしたが、部屋の位置には注意が必要です。
シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上待つ必要がありました。根気強く待ちましょう。

Very good value for money
Pros:

It is central, close to bus terminus’s so you can arrive by bus and walk to the hotel!

Cons:

A bit noisy early evening but gets quieter later on

Improve on above areas
Pros:

Work on your toilets and hot shower. The toilets could fall apart and the hot water was not available. Also there were lots of cockroach in the room
