The reception is on the first floor. From the street level to the first floor there is a flight of stairs. A elevator is available from the reception floor to the third floor. The fourth floor is accessed by another flight of stairs without a elevator.

Hotel Antigo Trovatore provided an amazing stay! Even before we flew in to Italy, they provided information on how to get to the hotel from different locations. This was incredibly useful when we landed and didn't know where to go. The hotel is located incredibly close to the water taxi ports and which was incredibly convenient. It was easy to walk to anywhere in Venice from there. The hotel staff were also very kind and gave great advice on things to do while we were there, such as day trips to Murano and Burano. The air conditioning was also great and provided much needed relief from the summer heat. Overall, really enjoyed our experience here.
Honestly, for what we paid, I think we got great value from our stay. Just a heads up though, there are some stairs at the entrance - you'll need to bring your suitcases up from the lobby but once you get there, you'll be able to take an elevator if you're not on the first floor.

Die Lage fast direkt am Marktplatz, und doch ruhig, Zimmer sauber, Empfang herzlich, habe nicht gefrühstückt, waren schon das 2.mal hier, alles perfekt, würde wieder diese Unterkunft buchen

Klimatyzacja sterowana centralnie, aby zmienić temperaturę trzeba dzwonić na recepcję ;)

Excellent location, off an alleyway from the main canal. Easy to find from the water taxi. Late check in was great. Wonderful, welcome and polite staff. Great room with shutters on windows to block out light and noise, air con and toiletries. Comfortable beds and extra pillow.

Great location: close to sea sights, close public transport, lively area even at night, so you can chill in bar until late and near by. But in the hotel is quite!
