The reception is on the first floor. From the street level to the first floor there is a flight of stairs. A elevator is available from the reception floor to the third floor. The fourth floor is accessed by another flight of stairs without a elevator.

Einziger Minuspunkt, kein Frühstück
The property was perfectly located near many of the main attractions in Venice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and whilst not up-to-date, they are well appointed and well maintained.
We were there during the spring, in generally overcast weather, but the rooms were exceptionally hot. Like a sauna. There was no way to turn the heating down, as the thermostatic valves on all of the radiators were broken. Reception advised that other guests wanted the heating on so I should open windows, but… Venice gets very active from around 4am onward with workers moving trolleys along the pavements and shouting. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep, which is ultimately what a hotel is there to provide.
Excelente ubicación, excelente el personal
It’s spotlessly clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be more central for exploring Venice.
Being so central comes with a drawback - it can be a little noisy. But just do what my partner did (and what I forgot to do) and bring earplugs, then you should be fine.
Location of the hotel was great and just a stone's throw from San Marco's Square - but that was the only good thing about the place.
It was the MOST expensive hotel on our 3-week holiday in Italy and turned out to be the WORST hotel we've been with. The rooms were bare and very old, with no kettle for water (much less tea) and not even air-conditioning. It got stuffy in the night so I opened the windows slightly only to have a mosquito fly in and kept me up buzzing all night.

Шикарна тераса, дуже привітний та доброзичливий персонал, всі додаткові запити були виконані, самі запропонували залишити сумки в день виселення. Знаходиться в 2 хвилинах пішки від площі Сан Марко.
Трохи чутно людей з сусідніх номерів, несуттєво на фоні решти переваг.
La ubicación!
Está en un primer piso por escapers pero todo bien igual!
The location is unbeatable. You are in the heart of everything and still is quiet around. Nice coffee shops and bars around. A block away from the vaporetto stop. Couldn’t be better. The rooms were so clean you could eat off the floor. Staff was in general super nice and helpful but Isabella deserves a separate mention, she was amazing! All her advices were great, she adjusts to whatever language you speak to her in, she’s very efficient and she’s always smiling!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff were helpful and service-minded throughout our visit. The private terrace overlooking the Doge’s Palace was a lovely feature and added to the overall experience.
As this was part of our honeymoon, we appreciated the warm welcome we received. We would be happy to stay here again.
