Fabulous!! It was super hot and I was provided a fan as the a/c wasnt powerful enough for me. Exceptional room, very clean, plenty of pillows, super comfy bed, windows onto the courtyard and a fridge. The bathroom was large, great smelling wash products and a mosquito plug on the go. Location was amazing for all the sites and arriving / departing on the vaparettos (which was a minute away). Loved, loved, loved this place.

Loved our stay here!
Pros:

This stay was great! The room was big and the facilities were great, it's like it was brand new, very clean and modern. The reception staff were so helpful too, guiding us on how to get to places. Venice itself is beautiful and everything about this stay made our time even better. Just a disclaimer, there are stairs upon entry, these caught us off guard but the man at reception was so lovely and lifted our suitcases up to the first level (then there was an elevator). Highly recommended this place to stay, also extremely central, everything is within walking distance.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, pari-kolmeminuuttia San Marcuksen aukiolta. Huonemme oli tilava, ilmastoitu, erittäin siisti ja sängyt todella hyvät. Wifi toimi myös hyvin. Hotellissa ei ollut aamiaista, mutta aivan naapurissa leipomo, joka oli loistava aamiaispaikka!
Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja todella avuliasta. Viihdyimme todella hyvin.

Beautiful and highly recommended
Pros:

The location is wonderful, right by StMarcs and loads of restaurants and independent shops. Our room was lovely with a roof terrace overlooking the Goge palace. Stunning 😍
The receptionist (sorry I'm terrible with names) was so helpful taking time to point out all the places of interest and how to get there and back, and her English was perfect unlike my Italian!

No pad points at all.

The location was absolutely brilliant. You are a short walk from St Marks Square and all the attractions. The water taxi and ferry stop is on your door step. A really great way to see the city right there in front of you

Cons:

The room was very basic for the price we paid. Check in was on the first floor and there was no lift so we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs to check in. Breakfast was not included and because you are in the main tourist area, all the prices for food and drinks was inflated.
