Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible hospitality and service in a great location!

We had an amazing experience at Duo Galata Hotel! While the rooms are not overly modern, they are very clean, comfortable, and full of character.
What truly blew us away was the incredible staff and service. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professional service made our stay unforgettable.
The location is perfect for exploring, and the overall experience was fantastic. We were amazed by the hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Value for money but no gym as advertised.
Pros:

Property is incredibly central in Istanbul. Great location with easy access to subway and shuttle bus from airport (although be ware the streets are cobblestone, steep and busy!!). It is generally good value for the room you get and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Property advertises as having a ‘fitness centre’ and ‘gym’ which was the whole reason I booked this accom - this is not the case.
