I stayed at Duo Galata Hotel for six days, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Galata Tower, with many shops and cafés nearby.
The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, clean, and comfortable. Due to a change in my schedule, I arrived earlier than expected, and the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They also arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price, which made my trip even more convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

The location is perfect. The Galata area is very lively and also within a short walking distance to the bridge that leads to where the Grand Bazar and more touristic attractions are located. I would say it's a perfect spot to move around Istanbul.
The room is great, and it was cleaned every morning with new towels. The reception is also a cafe, with great coffee and pastries, and the environment is super welcoming. I would definitely go back.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel : à seulement 10 minutes, vous pouvez prendre le ferry pour rejoindre la rive asiatique (Kadıköy ou Üsküdar). I had to move from the first room that facing the street, really annoying 😞.and I had to talk a lot with the reception to move.
